ordered calzone kieve off the early bird menu last Friday teatime for me and my partner. it arrived at our table under cooked. waited another 20 minutes. not very tasty. received the bill noticed the charge for a pint of blackcurrant cordial was £3 well over priced in my view. wont be going again

Absolutely a rip off. Would never eat there again. There was more than 6 of us so we got slapped with a service charge of 11%. This was not stated on the web. On the early bird Sirloin steak was £5 supplement and as tough as 'old boots'. Lasagne was so dry and hardly any sauce with it. That was a supplement of £1.50. Surely Lasagne on the early bird should be within early bird price. Would never eat there again and would never recommend the place.

Service was shocking and food was well below average, my partner ordered chicken wings which appeared as chicken legs covered in a jar of bbq sauce! i ordered chicken on linguine which turned out to be packet pasta never seen fresh Italian pasta. staff were disinterested and stood doing nothing as people were waiting for service. coming from Bradford there are not many choices but this one is a waste of brass! try ital long standing traditional Italian cuisine!

Out of this world food and fine wine mixed with a fantastic service...ultimate warm and friendly atmosphere.....you feel like part of the family. Children always welcome and they make any special occasion extremely special...first class and my favourite italian restaurant..i would recommend Villagio's Bradford Halifax Road to all>:)<3

Bulmer & Lumb Girls

8 of us went on Friday 6 February 2009 for a girls night out and it was awful to say the least! Expensive drinks (£10.00 for 2 glasses of Red House Wine) Service was not good and bar staff were hopeless, didn't even know the price of the drinks to start with. Soup was nice but barely warm and came with very stale croutons. Lasagna tasted like mushy corned beef. Calzone and one of the pasta dishes had processed chicken in it, it was dreadful! Desserts were OK but nothing special. We definitely wont be going back again.

I would not hesitate in recommending Villagio to anyone. Excellent early bird at a very reasonable price. Good, friendly service and pleasant surrounding. Excellent food

the food and srvice was ok but the pricing of the food and most of all the drinks that are totally unacceptable and the service charge was totally unreasonble and i will not be going back.

A very good, relaxed Italian restaurant. Friendly service, great food and a very decent early bird offer. A restaurant I keep returning to.
