About Woolley Grange

Part of the Luxury Family Hotels group, Woolley Grange is a Jacobean Manor House standing in 14 acres of grounds on the outskirts of the medieval wool town of Bradford-on-Avon in Wiltshire. The property was a family home for 400 years and retains its homely feel. The ethos of the hotel group is to focus on ‘family time' and the childhood experiences that are often nostalgic and to offer children and family oriented activities and experiences that will stay with you as treasured memories. The staff allow parents to spend quality time together away from the kids too with Nannies available every day and plenty to absorb the kids whilst parents relax. The dining operation here is driven by Head Chef, Mark Bradbury, who is drawing on his international culinary experience to introduce contemporary international trends that complement the very best of British flavours. A strong advocate of local suppliers and seasonal ingredients, Mark uses produce from his own kitchen garden including vegetables, herbs and fruit. For lunch, the Orangery offers an informal dining experience and lighter menu plus menus for younger and older children. In summer, it spills out on to the terrace and is the perfect spot for alfresco dining, long leisurely lunches or afternoon tea. Sunday lunch is a much more traditional event, offering a three course lunch menu featuring roasts. Half portions are available for children. This is very popular with locals and they recommend booking in advance.
