About Zaman Restaurant
Zaman is the eponymous new restaurant at the Sportsman Casino, situated just off Oxford Street. Award-winning chef Mahmud Zaman has created a menu that draws on both European and Middle Eastern influences and you can dine here in luxurious style in an adult-only environment. The restaurant is open every night from 6pm until 11pm. Typical dishes might include Roasted parsnip risotto with black pepper & parmesan crisp and Pan fried fillet of salmon with crab croquettes, razor clam and lemon emulsion.
