About Ziya Asian Grill

Situated on Manchester's famous curry mile, Ziya Asian Grill offers an array of dishes with exciting flavour combinations and colourful presentation. Head Chef Pradip Nale is an expert in Indian, Arabic and Chinese cuisine and his menus offer plenty of choice. Open every day from 12 noon, Street Food, Lunch and Indian Afternoon Tea menus are served until 4pm and then the full Evening menu is available. The striking decor blends copper and golden hues with luxurious burnt orange seating and startling marble sourced from across Europe. The superb variety of dishes is complemented by a great selection of cocktails and mocktails as well as a fully stocked bar.

Ziya fitted our large party in late on a Friday night. The food was well worth the wait! Excellent succulent Jalfrezi and Saag Aloo. A very busy place with a strong Asian clientele that says a lot about the place!

Ziya is one of the few restaurants in Greater Manchester that is actually Indian rather than Bangladeshi or Pakistani. As a result the food is not typical. More important that Ziya's food is first class. I enjoyed pistachio tandoor chicken to start that was so succulent and flavoursome, the best starter I have had in an Indian restaurant. I then had a Chettinad curry to follow that was aromatic and full of tasty herbs and spices. The service was very good and I liked being able to see the chefs at work. I think they are the only restaurant to have a balcony in Rusholme , so a great place to watch one of the most unusual and colourful streets in England!

Wow this place is beautiful nothing like it in manchester and the food is to die for stunning. Had the lamb biriyani and also some fish pakora and some mushroom rice , the best Indian I've had ever in Rusholme and Manchester. This place beats East z East and Akbars and Zouk hands down..Very reasonable prices to just same as most places and they have a private dining room upstairs for bookings and parties. I just booked it for a girls night out for 16 of us for a birthday and they've done me a personalised menu for 20 quid a head, can't wait. 10/10 well done the staff are really friendly too, go check it out ,love the decor and the toilets are stunning.
