myself and my family visited this restaurant over the Christmas period, on our arrival we had to find our own table and we cleaned it down. We ordered our food at the bar and had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for it to arrive, we had two toddlers with us that were very hungry. When the food finally arrived it was cold an bland. My wife was told to get her own cup of tea from the bar whilst her food was going even colder. I would probably understand the wait if it was busy but it was quite, now i know why, i would not recommend this pub to anybody and the staff need more customer service training as they were rude.

i have been here a few times since moving to rhyl 4yrs ago, Its the best place to eat in rhyl. i highly recommend , its very inviting and the service is top class

I have been here several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience yet. The food is fantastic and the staff are very helpful and friendly, to the point of asking chef to cook something alternative to the menu for my 7 yr old son. I last went on my daughters birthday on 15 Sept and had a great couple of hours with the family. You will not be disappointed with the food, nor the standard of service, and that said, I am looking forward to going again soon.

On first view this looks like a fantastic restaurant. On visiting this restaurant we found the customer service very poor and the staff not very sociable. The food was edible but nothing to shout about. The couple on the next table to us were also not happy as they were waiting for the bill for about 15 mins as the staff were to busy chatting. I hope they can sort out these problems as they will struggle with Kareems being upstairs. The Lunchtime special was a bit of a joke. We ordered chicken wings starter and received one very lonely overcooked chicken wing on a plate with a bit of salad. If you are hungry don't bother with the lunchtime special!

I have been going to the Bistro for many years,the food is fantastic,the staff cant do enough to make you welcome.Also the chef will go out of his way for anyone who has a dietary need.Family's are always welcome there,and i would recommend it to anyone who is anyone.

by far the best pub in rhyl. the locals are very friendly and the atmosphere is electric

Best Italian i've ever been to. The Pasta and pizzas are out of this world. The high standard of cuisine is fantastic. Has an open kitchen so you can watch your food been cooked fresh before your eyes. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended to all Italian food lovers. enjoy

Service so slow never went back Food good though, but 1 3/4 hours far too long to sit about waiting for Sunday lunch. Shame Nice place

On a visit from Manchester to stay with friends I read the recommendation from the daily post ! We went for the early bird special and as a family of 3 adults and 2 children were disappointed! We were treated very differently for having the early bird menu ,for example no wipes for ribs , asked why we wanted extra plate for children , rudeness of female staff ! I had looked at the internet website and prices and times were different on different sections of the website ! The food was nothing special than a normal chinese takeaway !! extremely disappointed evening and expensive !! I am writing for a taechers magazine of reviews in the north west of wales and this one will not be great !!
