Having visited the Golden Moments on many man occasions I can honestly say that their food is by far the best of any Indian restaurant that I have ever visited. Their service is excellent, the waiters are not imposing but a glance and they are at your side to see to your needs without having to attract attention.The meals are excellently presented and very tasty with their dishes being superbly spiced and very distinct in taste.I always take my visitors (from many countries) there and have never been disappointed.

Having experienced an atrocious meal this past weekend I will definitely not be returning to Golden Moments. Ludlow has so much to offer in terms of quality food, however this restaurant is a real let down for the town. Myself and my partner found the staff to be very rude and quite obnoxious on occasions. Further to that we had to wait a considerable amount of time to be seated for a table we had booked a couple of weeks in advance. This may have had something to do with a larger party that they were trying to squeeze in. The food was nothing amazing and definitely does not live up to the hype and illusions of grandeur that the owners seem to have of it. It is tasty- but nothing more than your average curry that you could happily find in any town throughout Great Britain. In addition the prices were far too high and moving the dining chairs made it feel like you were skating on ice. I regret not looking at this website before visiting.

Enticed into this pub with signs saying "Real Ale" and "Sunday Lunch £4" - had to buy drinks in one half of the bar and guess what - No Real Ales! So ordered other drinks - then got table and went to order our Sunday Lunches and guess what "No Sunday Roast" (it was Sunday!). Very unhelpful manager said they had been "rammed busy" but we could only see 3 tables eating! (Took 10 minutes to queue to order the lunch they didn't have too. Not a good place.

Brill...fantastic views,great home cooked food at a very good price, real ales and farm house cider on draft. Nice warm welcome, will be back again and again... SAS

Went to the Boot Inn Friday 8th (Jan). Food was delicious service at the table was polite and attentive. Only one complaint the landlady (I think she was) behind the bar was quite abrupt when she spoke to us and ignored us on arrival in favour of talking to one of her mates!! Apart from that great night out.

Went there last Tuesday (in the snow) what a wonderful pub, the food was superb the atmosphere cosy and welcoming. *****

I ate at the boot recently and found the food to be excellent, apparently they have a new chef and i have to say he is first class, i shall definitely be returning very soon. I would strongly recommend a visit

BRILL MOSTLY HOME COOKED FOOD AND SWEETS.. TRY THE HOME MADE LASAGNE OR THE CHEFS PORK DISHES IN HER OWN SAUCES FOLLOWED BY THE TO DIE FOR HOME MADE CHEESE CAKE! EVERY ONE IS MADE WELCOME AND ITS PROPER OLD WORLD NOT FAKE!

Waited over an hour for our meal to arrive our chilli nan was chucked on top of our friends keema nan they took it away and brought it back still with the red keema stuck to the bottom thats an insult to my intelligence NOT VERY GOOD and 2 of us had upset tummies the next day ie had to stay in on bank holls wont go again
