We had a wonderful evening at this busy restaurant, food was great service was great, will be back soon ... Teri
Banthai – St. Annes-On-SeaThis is the very best Indian restaurant, the food and the service are fantastic. Please do not be put off by the exterior as you wont get a better curry in the North West! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
Gemma Indian Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaSUNDAY LUNCH BUFFET is excellent. Many varieties to choose with. Ingredients are fresh. They change menu depending on the season. I must say the pouch salmon I had was excellent. If you have sweet teeth, you have to come. They have over 10 different cakes and dessert on the table. And the beautiful thing is they keep supplying new cakes all the time.
PIER @ St Ives Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaExcellent restaurant, both for eat-in & take aways. We've eaten in several times & just had our first takeaway - absolutely brilliant - with free delivery too !!
Gemma Indian Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaCan't fault this Chinese at all. Never had a bad meal, staff are always polite and courteous. This restaurant has recently been renovated and it looks great. Nearly nice, relaxing atmosphere.
Lou-Shang Cantonese Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaI have been to Margherita many times since moving to St.Annes. No matter when the visit (have been lunchtime, evenings, Sat night and even New Years Eve) the food and service has been flawless. It puts Tiggi's to shame, particularly on the price=quality front. If anyone asks you to recommend them an Italian, send them to Margherita.
Margherita – St. Annes-On-SeaNot easy to find but well worth it when you do. We had to ring to get exact location. Food and service was excellent and the staff extremely friendly and welcoming. A definitely must for anyone visiting St. Annes, as we were. Only suggestion we would have would be to lighten up the decor, paint the orange brickwork bar and lose some of the green.
Greens Bistro – St. Annes-On-SeaHad a really great meal here the other night -- which prompted this review, something I don't usually do. A good vibe, friendly service and a very switched on lady running things front-of-house. But the big draw for me here is that all the menus (a la carte, specials, wine list) offer something different. I get so sick of seeing variations on the same theme in every 'modern British' restaurant. This place claims to be Med-influenced and it really is a breath of fresh air. Try it.
Jack’s Restaurant & Bar – St. Annes-On-SeaI've been eating here for over 12 years: I've tried the others in the area but, like a lot of others, keep coming back. The menu is extensive and the food really is the best in the area. Service is consistently first class. Whether you are out for tea, a family meal or a celebration then the Bilash Balti is definitely worth a visit. 2 starters, 2 curries, 2 rice, 1 naan and 4 beers = £33.00
Bilash Balti – St. Annes-On-SeaWe have had many meals now at Gemma and every one has been perfect along with perfect atmosphere and service, Thank you Icky and your staff.
Gemma Indian Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaI travel from Glasgow (200 Miles) to St Annes on a fairly regular basis and always arrange to visit "MR Chows". Very pleasant restaurant, decor relaxing, and staff make you feel most welcome. Food is first class and I would recommend this restaurant to all.
Lou-Shang Cantonese Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaA marvellous place to catch food in the early hours of the morning. The lasagne was excellent!
Atlas – St. Annes-On-SeaHad a fantastic night, I took my wife as a surprise for her birthday, and she thought it was wonderful, we liked the mixed starters, a lot of different tastes and flavours not like Chinese food at all, we also had the warm beef salad before our main course WOW it knocked my socks off, it made me feel all warm and tingly and the main dishes were superb, thanks to the lovely girls that looked after us and we will be back ... we left with a lovely warm glow.
Banthai – St. Annes-On-SeaIn the last four years we have tried various Indian restaurants in the area and frequently would travel into Blackpool to find a good curry. Since the opening of Gemma and meeting Icky and his staff we have never gone anywhere else recommending the restaurant frequently and always inviting our friends along. The food is fabulous and the service the staff offer is second to none, not to mention the 8.95 deal.
Gemma Indian Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaWe have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. The menu has an extensive choice with plenty of specials. We turned up on Friday night (without booking) and had to wait a few minutes for a table. 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 beers and a garlic bread all for under £40.00 - bargain!!
Margherita – St. Annes-On-SeaI knew the quality of this restaurant must have been good, knowing the human quality of Xie Xie Kang and his wife Shan Jun. After one of the many visits to Venice and Rome it will be a pleasure to eat something from the Jiangsu Province again. Greetings from the Flanders.
Peking Inn – St. Annes-On-SeaThe menu was well balanced. Excellent courteous service. Delicious food, beautifully presented and a convivial atmosphereŠWill definitely visit again.. soon
Dalmeny Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaWe have been visiting Margherita's since it opened a few years ago. It has to be one of the best italian restaurants in the area. The food beats the crap out of the nearest competitor Tiggis, and the price is astonishing. Especially if you go for the lunch time or early bird - 6 till 7 offers. We have never had a bad meal here. If we did we'd stop going!
