The Royal oak inn – StaffordHi, I was driving down to London to see my girlfriend but I decided to stop in Staffordshire en route to London to stay with my Uncle, He took me and my friend to a Thai Restaurant I had thai green chicken green curry and veg It was the one of the best I have ever tasted and the food there is better than my Thai Restaurant in Edinburgh where I am from Whenever I take a trip down to London to see my girlfriend I will pop into that Thai Restaurant, to try something else if one food taste fantastic I am sure the other food would too... 5 Star keep up the good work workers of the Thai Restaurant In Stafford, I don't know what the cost was as my Uncle paid for it so I put in Average
Royal Bangkok Thai Restaurant – StaffordA lovely place to go for a meal, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is very good - with many local dishes. All in all a brilliant place to go.
The Mill at Worston – StaffordI've been to the Greyhound several times, and always have a good meal. They can cook steaks exactly right, and their lemon brulee is wonderful! The only downside is it can get very warm and noisy, but overall I would give the Greyhound 8/10
Greyhound Inn – StaffordWe used to live in Stafford and have take aways from Nishads and then we started eating there. The whole experience was great. We have never found fault with this restaurant and can highly recommend it. We now live in Germany and try to get back to Stafford as much as possible so that we can eat at Nishads. Thanks guys for always giving us a warm welcome, excellent service and excellent food. See you in December. From: Sheena and Neil Patton
Nishads Balti Restaurant and Takeaway – Staffordgreat meal great people A+ there second branch Ruby fusion is a must, two great places, must visit ruby fusion A++ roger H
Stafford Balti – StaffordReally unusual for a country pub. Reminded me a little of a nice modern London bar, especially in terms of ambiance and decor. They've stripped back the interior to old brick, stone and beams and it works very well. Lovely location, twee village etc. Food was great. Not lots on the menu but all seemed freshly prepared. Have been back a couple of times and it's been equally good.
The Red Lion Inn – StaffordI always enjoy dining at this place, but it is not recommended when the kids are on holiday from school. The parents allow them to run all over the place and you do not enjoy your lunch in peace.
The Seven Stars – StaffordAlthough I'm good at cooking Thai food but I went there for more than three time since I'm in Stafford. The authentic taste of Thai food by Thai chef is a key. Compare with other Thai restaurant such as Thai Edge (Cardiff) Mangosteen (London) or Blue Elephant (London), the service and atmosphere is just acceptable but if you want just to sit down and eat food, this one is recommended. Deep-fried seabass with sweet chilli sauce and Thai seafood salad are fantastic. I know English people don't eat squid but thick and soft meaty squid with garlic and pepper sauce makes me want to go there tomorrow. (^ ^)
Royal Bangkok Thai Restaurant – StaffordI use this place all the time when I’m out and for deliveries they never get your order wrong
Dilshad Balti Restaurant – StaffordFollowing a recent refurbishment, the pub now has a light airy feel and fantastic (although relatively small) beer garden. The food is of a high quality and cooked to perfection. The staff, both bar and waiting are extremely friendly. It is great to find a small village pub which whilst keeping it's original features delivers a modern menu.
The Red Lion Inn – StaffordA lovely building, with interesting features and stone floors.
The Mill at Worston – StaffordMy wife's favourite restaurant, although the cost was a little expensive by our standards it was excellent value, beer was fantastic and the wine good. It is to be thoroughly recommended. Booking is essential.
Bistro Le Coq – StaffordReally enjoyed the meal the steak was cooked to perfection the service was excellent would recommend
The Saracens Head – StaffordThis pub has recently been refurbed and is now great. It's a buy one get one free and is brilliant value for money. It is suited for families (wacky warehouse attached), couples, family meals. Definitely worth checking out.
The Seven Stars – StaffordThe staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is good. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The Holmcroft – Stafford
