The Horseshoes – BecclesVery Bad food and the Waiter serving was very slow. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my friend.
Red Rose – LowestoftWe always have a great meal at The Galley. The food has fabulous flavour and there's a wide menu choice. We loved the cosy interior and the service was friendly.
The Galley Restaurant – WoodbridgeThe Crown & Castle is a good restaurant experience. Very pleasant surroundings, excellent attention from the staff and a high standard of food and wine. I dined there on 26th October in their private room and the meal and service were their usual high standard. There is always a good selection at lunch and dinner of local produce and the quality of the cooking is always satisfying. It is not the most inventive food in the world but I would rate it as one of my favourite places to eat in East Anglia as it always offers a very good dining experience. The surroundings in Orford are fabulous and the Crown & Castle itself is a pleasing building. My meal on my last visit was langoustines followed by a Moroccan inspired lamb and couscous main with a creme brulee to finish. Nothing particularly spectacular but extremely well presented and most importantly delicious. I would thoroughly recommend the Crown & Castle for lunch or dinner. Get there early and have a good look around the quay and the castle. A very good dining experience in beautiful Suffolk
The Trinity, Crown and Castle – WoodbridgeExcellent Turkish food. Simple fare; kebabs the main focus. Excellent appetizers. Perfect portions for the price making it nicely affordable.
Turkuaz Restaurant – NewmarketNice friendly staff. Snail pace service and the food is tasty but the portions wouldn't fill a mouse. We waited 50minutes for a meal and sat watching take aways flying through the front door. So threre is the answer order a take away if you want quick service and are on a diet.
Cinnamon – LeistonThis is a fantastic restaurant that offers nothing but FRESH food. This is a refreshing change from other places that i have been to, they are family friendly, however due to a risk assessment on the premises you can not take buggies or push chairs into the restaurant, this has never been a problem for me as you are allowed to take baby car seats or have a highchair. And if you have no choice but to bring your buggy they do allow you to eat in the bar area with it as it is more open spaced. They staff are friendly and will help you with any problem you might have. The best bit is the earlybird menu, which offers you a selection of meals for £4.99 or £5.99 before 6.30pm. After that the prices go up. You can also now book a table which they never did before, but the biggest table size they cater for is a 8 any bigger and you might have to have 2 or more tables.
Harvester – Lowestoft2 of the same cocktail for £14. Available Thursday to Sunday until 8pm.
