Good food, nice service, reasonably priced.....but.....it really took too long for the food to be ready though we understood it was the result of the overwhelming and positive responses. Yet, the long waiting time will drive your loyal customers to your competitors. You need to serve us in a more efficient manner.

The Service is very friendly and quick and the food is locally sourced and cooked perfectly. A very clean plate of food.I have popped in for a coffee which was excellent but as yet. I haven't had an opportunity to try out their delicious looking main menu but it looks very good and excellent value for money.

We always receive a warm welcome, the cooking is first-class and Scutchers are always ready to adapt according to size of appetite and taste. We recently held a lunch party there for 28 people. All our guests said they could think of no way in which the occasion could have been better.
Scutchers Restaurant – Sudburyi have eaten at painters many times since they took over from bentleys and i would like to say that that have done an outstanding job of continuing the traditional home made English food, the staff and the atmosphere are delightful, i felt very welcome the moment i stepped into the restaurant, the food was delicious and we wasn't waiting very long at all for our meals. over all i would give this restaurant ten out of ten. we have passed the message on to many friends and they all have agreed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
