Absolutely terrible customer service I ordered dinner tonight at 7.30 by 8.30 it hadn't arrived I phoned and was told it was out for delivery. 10 minutes later they phoned me ask what my order was to clarify then told me it was there got collection an error of theirs no apology just we will bring it to you in 10 minutes. I told them I didn't want food that had been sitting there for ages it will be cold he then said what do you want me to do about it we have 20 orders going out we don't have time for this. I told him he shouldn't take loads of orders if they can't cope so to stick it where the sun don't shine. I'm now tucking into Ruchitas curry earlswood with prompt service and deliver thankyou ruchitas as for taste of spice never again.
