Amazing Italian food !!! Everything was lovely

Amazing restaurant service was excellent the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is to die for always look forward to eating there

Lovely food as always. We booked for 6pm on NYEs Eve so expecting it to be busy and quite quick. Service good but no break between courses. Literally sat down and ordered and starter came out straight away. The same with main. I asked for a break for dessert which was granted and better. Very quick turnaround with first two course and I don’t like to be rushed. Portion sizes good but would have liked more for the price but good quality food and wine and an enjoyable evening.l We were sat under the stairs and a bit cramped, initially issue with temperature and there was a cold blow from unit and then it went very hot in there but once spoken to waiter the heating was turned down and it was more bearable. Waiting staff pleasant and amenable. Shame we couldn’t stay and have a drink in the reception area.

We had a brilliant time the other night. Lovely friendly staff, great service and the food, start to finish 10/10.

Could not fault anything about the restaurant, food, service, ambience were all excellent. Prices a little steep buts that's what you pay for today for quality. Will certainly revisit in the bear future.

Went last night (10th dec) for my girlfriend's birthday and I have to say everything was absolutely spot on. From asking to be moved from our original table to a quieter corner, exchanging a flat soft drink to getting the music turned down as a speaker was right above my head (!) - this was all done promptly. Then there was the food : Starters of paté and avocado with prawns were plentiful and delicious ! Mains of veal in dolcelatte and cream sauce plus beef medallions in Stilton with side vegetables were devoured without us hardly taking a break, they were THAT delicious ! Again, portion sizes were ample and cleared plates were duly sent back to the kitchen. I know the fashion these days is to take pics of your food and post on social media but it was so delicious, the meat soooo tender that it just had to eaten there and then ! Desserts of panacotta and tiramisu never stood a chance they were so tasty ! The restaurant was very busy but not heaving however, the attentive waiting staff really were fantastic. Then the owner took time to sit with us for a couple of minutes which was a nice touch. I joked to her that it would've been difficult to put a birthday candle in a panacotta.....only for her to return with her staff, ringing a bell, all of them singing Happy birthday to her along with a third dessert plus a candle !! What a lovely gesture and my girlfriend was really touched especially when the other diners joined in too ! That was an impressive thing to do despite how busy they already were ...so, thank you all for making our night so special ! We will definitely be returning , grazie !!

We love Da Ginos, the food is always amazing and there is a great selection including vegetarian options. Service is always outstanding too. A lovely restaurant.

Fantastic food and service as always

Food was exquisite. Saltimbocca was 10/10, compliments to the chef on that one. However I made a special request upon booking that wasn’t fulfilled (fiancé’s 30th birthday party - not even a happy birthday nor slight acknowledgment of said occasion) To the point where I had to lie to my better half when she asked whether I had made such arrangements (even a kind word from the waiter would’ve been enough) - so to recap, food = brilliant. People skills = abysmal. Open your ears guys it’s not hard!!!

Service was excellent throughout. Very attentive. Food was good. An extremely extensive menu then a lot of specials on top! Food was good.

We were a party of 6 and had a very enjoyable evening. Food was excellent as was the service and it was a nice atmosphere. Have been there many times over the years and will be back again soon. Definitely recommend.
