A fantastic night, food was superb best I’ve had in a long time very helpful and friendly staff will be visiting again can’t rate this place highly enough

This was my first visit to Da Gino. On arriving very pleasant then after that all down hill sadly. Service was ok but trying to get the attention of staff was hard work. I think the lowest point was when one of the staff did come over with the Bill finally and all I could smell was the cigarette that she had had before coming over. Food was ok but a little tasteless. I also think asking me if I wonted to leave a tip was a little cheeky. There are lots of good reviews this was why I wonted to try it, Maybe we just picked a bad night.

Excellent food, best Italian restaurant in Birmingham. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection.

First time visiting, will sadly not be going back as service was just shocking. Amazing food, but it took over an hour for us to be able to order food, we asked for the attention of whom we believe was the manager twice to be blatantly ignored by them, in the end the lady who served us drinks reminded him we were still yet to order. If you're a regular or a local, it was very clear you were treated different. Great food, just had better customer service in a McDonalds.

This was our 2nd visit to Da Gino and absolutely love it. The staff are so nice and offer a warm welcome, the atmosphere is delightful and the food is exceptional. Definitely recommend.

Have been many times and have always had excellent service and superb food. If you haven't been ,I suggest you do and you wont be disappointed

Gino’s is our go too restaurant of choice for dinner, lunch, Christmas, New Year, birthdays, anniversary’s - you name it we enjoy it with Gino & the team. We absolutely love everything about it. Capice!!

We enjoyed another wonderful Italian meal at Da Ginos, always spoilt for choice from the extensive menu. There are a good variety of classic and modern Italian dishes which are always full of great flavours. We are always happy to return and enjoy another special meal at our favourite Italian.

Went for Sunday lunch, it was absolutely delicious. Good food, good service, a lovely dining experience.

Lovely welcome great food and welcoming service

Went to Gino’s after a busy stressful week and as usual felt very relaxed after our visit . Food was great , especially the Dover sole and the staff were charming ! Certainly the place to go when you want a happy meal!

Ate here 15th May, food was great as was the attentive service from the staff, have on previous occasions and has always been very good.

On 10th May we were meeting friends over from Ireland and we booked da Gino Italian Restaurant in Sutton Coldfield for a meal. We were all very happy with the service there . The owner was very welcoming and we had a lovely chat with the lady there too. We would recommend this Restaurant highly and in our opinion it’s the best one around Birmingham by far. We have always enjoyed going there. It was very busy when we were there and I only wish I lived closer to this place. My friends loved the place the decor etc and it has a very homely feeling there. Hope to visit soon again and many thanks to the owner and his assistant for the welcome and service we received from them.
