When we arrived, we were left waiting at the host desk for around five minutes while the host was chatting. Another server then appeared from the back looking flustered, and the original host offered a brief apology. Aside from this, the service was good and the food was enjoyable. There were four of us in the group — three meat eaters and myself as a vegetarian. I ordered the three-bean chilli nachos but was initially served a meat chilli. The staff were very apologetic and quickly replaced it with a fresh plate; however, by the time my meal arrived, the rest of the party had almost finished eating.

Good service , food was good although unfortunately we weren’t able to have a dessert as the kitchen had closed.

My family has been to Fiesta de Cuba in Greenbridge loads of times, both separately and together for parties, and it’s always such a lovely experience. The service is consistently great and the staff are honestly the best part — so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait for food, but it’s always worth it because the quality is so good. The tapas gets talked about a lot in our house, and the prices are really reasonable for what you get. One of my favourite moments was when a member of staff spent about 20 minutes dancing to the music with the young children at our table — it completely made their night and just shows how much effort the staff put in. We keep going back because of the atmosphere, the food, and especially the amazing staff. Would 100% recommend.

Food was excellent and great value for money. Cocktails were nice but a lot of ice instead of liquid. But worth it on the 2 for 1 deal. Service was also excellent, only thing I would say is that it was a little cold inside the restaurant and could do with some background music.

Service was really good and the food excellent. We did not have to wait long and it was delicious.

We had a great evening! Very attentive service despite warning us at the outset that there would be a 30 minute delay. In the end the delay was not that long. Offered us complimentary chips and dips because of the expected delay and brought out a whole new plate of fajitas when we spotted one plate was only half the size of another. Nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciated it. We will be back!

We arrived slightly early for our booked table but staff was happy to seat us early. Staff was really helpful and was quick to serve us. Meal was very nice and good value. The resturant was busy and some children were running around whilst staff was serving and staff was calm . Happy to go here again

The girl who served us was so lovely. Made us feel loved! I can’t remember her name but she has blonde hair with brown highlights at the back!!

Great food, great atmosphere & the staff is amazing! So friendly & helpful! & so friendly with the kids! It was very busy but the staff was constantly polite! The food was very very tasty too!

Great staff, she was very helpful and friendly, food was very good and plenty of it, would recommend, only downside it was quite cold, and ladies toilet was freezing.

Brought my girlfriend here for a birthday meal with me and our friend and we all really enjoyed it. The customer service was phenomenal and the food was out of this world. The burnt ends and beans along with the BBQ pork belly is worth coming back for and not to forget the pulled pork nachos which we shared and there wasn't a crumb left over. The waiter made sure we had everything we wanted and needed and all the food and drink came out rather quick. Zero complaints. Thank you :)

We love Fiesta De Cuba! The food is delicious! Service is amazing! Staff always busy and hardworking! My kids always want to come here for birthdays!!!

My meal was disappointing this time, the crackling on the belly pork was not crackling it was just soft fat, the brocoli was undercooked and the carrots & parsnips had pepper on them which I didn't see on the menu also there was no apple sauce which I believe was on the menu. Staff were very friendly & pleasant and generous portions on the plate

Food was great and came out quickly but service let it down. Had to find someone and try to get their attention to order after around 20 mins, then same for ordering additional drinks. Waited to pay the bill and ended up going up to the counter to pay as member of staff was chatting with another staff member at the bar.
