Whenever in Tewksbury we always head here for at least a coffee but, if possible, also a meal. We were back in town yesterday to visit an exhibition in the Abbey so we booked a lunch. Unfortunately, although allowing what we thought was a reasonable timetable, we found a very long queue for our Abbey visit so we arrived at Caffe e Vino much later than booked. Our apology for lateness was gracefully accepted and we were assured a table would be found for us, despite the restaurant being extremely busy. We were soon seated and enjoyed Spaghetti ai Frutti di Mare, a particlar favourite of ours, drinks, desserts and coffee. As other diners arrived and left there were friendly exchanges between them and the staff. Obviously many of them were regulars but it was interesting to note that some, having made an earlier visit and a good experience, had returned to enjoy the Caffe e Vino experience again. It is a friendly venue offering excellent food and interesting surroundings. It also offers an outdoor dining facility when appropriate. Their bread, baked on site, is good and can be purchased to take away. One of our favourite venues. Thanks once again.

Our first visit as a couple, my wife previously came with a friend and loved it, this was a birthday treat for her, initially we’d booked on the Friday night but we’d completely forgotten about it! They were great and understanding, table was rebooked for the Saturday night. We had a lovely welcome (and a laugh about us forgetting to turn up) In short, we had a wonderful night, service, food and atmosphere were amazing! After a small starter each we opted for a pizza, I had SALSICCIA E 'NDUJA (Tomato, mozzarella, chilli, Italian sausage & Nduja) My wife had CICCIO RIPIENO CRUDO E BUFALA (Parma ham, buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes & wild rocket) My wife loved hers but hands down this was genuinely the best pizza I’ve ever had! It had everything, flavoursome ingredients and the pizza dough was of such high quality and cooked to perfection with a nice crispy crust! Desert was a delicious Affogato for me and ice cream for my wife, again, both superb! Will definitely be coming back again real soon! Many thanks to the team for a perfect evening!

Yesterday we spent a very pleasant couple of hours over lunch at Caffe e Vino. The food was excellent and authentic, the people who served us were friendly and efficient and we intend to return very soon.

As usual, very friendly staff and excellent service & food. Caffe e Vino never disappointed me.

Fantastic meal and a lovely setting!

We had a really nice meal at Caffe e Vino last night and I would recommend it for good food and a pleasant atmosphere with good service in authentic Italian restaurant style.

Our second visit and once again the food was delicious and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed.

We regularly visit Caffe e Vino and are never disappointed. The food is excellent always freshly prepared and well presented. The atmosphere is professional, efficient and friendly.

My family came for a Christmas meal and had a lovely time. The atmosphere was festive, the service was very good, and the food delicious with new and different creations! Davide came by several times and made our evening seem more personal! It’s always a fun experience coming to Caffe E Vino!

Great as always

We had the most delicious lunch, a really relaxed setting with friendly staff - it’s absolutely a gem, and Tewkesbury is lucky Davide and team decided to make this town their home.

Fabulous meal, really friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Great service and food.

Perfect evening great food as always presented beautifully by the chefs team . Quality ingredients and full on Italian flavours. Front of house team friendly , professional and will do anything to make your experience the best. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful restaurant with such tasty food. We went as a celebration and it was a busy night but our food was fresh and super tasty. Service was good and everyone was helpful and friendly. The espressos at the end were perfect and robust.

Table for seven on a busy Friday evening - and the meal & the service was faultless. Davide and the team were welcoming throughout. Food incredible, and some new seasonal specials . Good selection of wines at reasonable price too. Great night, enjoyed by all. By far the best restaurant in Tewkesbury and deserves it's continued success. Bravo!
