This was amazing, took my fiancée for her birthday as she loves Greek and has been to several over the years. Cristakis certainly did not disappoint. The prices are good and there is plenty to choose from. The food was amazing, to the point we both agreed it was probably the best Greek we had ever had. It was very busy and it was cosy and not much space between tables but didn’t impact the atmosphere. The only very minor criticism was that our mains were delivered literally as we had finished our starters, no gap in between, it didn’t matter too much but would have liked 5 minutes in between. That said the food more than made up. The staff were super friendly and super helpful, especially as it was so busy. Will definitely be back, make sure you book as it is clearly busy every single night.

We had a lovely meal, best table in the window. The staff were welcoming , helpful and very efficient. There was a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Food was beautifully cooked. We would definitely go back again and recommend it to anybody, any age or for a special occasion. Many thanks

Couldn't believe how busy it was on a Tuesday night, every table full (glad we booked!) Service, food and drinks all excellent. A great addition to the area.

Meal was ok not a lot of meat on the kleftico , i got 2,very small potatoes with my kleftico, if you had chicken kebab that comes with nothing else you have to order chips or rice as an extra i don t think that is very good should come with chips or potatoes, if you had a drink with soda you had to pay for a bottle of soda , that is free is everywhete i have been, service was very slow had to call out to a staff member who was just standing there , overall it was just ok won t rush back

We visited for the first time last Saturday having heard how great it was. We weren't disappointed!! Great food, lovely attentive staff and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back in the future :-)

Service was incredibly chaotic .Bringing mains when starter dishes still all over table, ordering drinks then having to chase for them.mains came and nearly ate the meal by the time the chips came out Asked for salt which never came. Paid the bill and then was handed a pay machine at the table to pay again . Food was tasty but the service was shocking.

First time visit and certainly will be revisiting. The decor and atmosphere were really good Clearly very busy, early Friday evening. All three courses of food were excellent, every mouthful. Really enjoyed this experience.

I had a fantastic dining experience here from start to finish. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Every dish was cooked perfectly, and you could tell that great care had gone into both the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever being intrusive. They were happy to answer questions, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it the ideal place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious food and first-class service!

After reading about this restaurant on fbook, we thought we would give it a go. We had the prawns to start which we thought where a little expensive, six small prawns for £9.50 with hardly any sauce, the other starters where ok. On to the mains.. the lamb kleftico was very disappointing, it was mostly fat , there was just a tiny bit of sauce . When the chicken came we were expecting the rice like other Greek restaurants give you but here you have to buy the rice separately which makes just ten small pieces of chicken expensive. I honestly dont think we will return.

Best Greek restaurant on the Wirral .. the food is excellent and all the staff are wonderful . Would highly recommend it has a great menu we have been a number of times since it opened , make sure you book it’s a popular place .
