My wife and I visited a couple of Fridays back to celebrate our anniversary. The food was extremely good and well presented. My only concern was that we felt a bit rushed. Our table was booked for 20.00 and we had finished both starter and main course by 20.40. We both like to have a small break between courses, and thought it was ridiculous that as one waiter whipped away the starters the main course was immediately plonked down by another waiter. Its not as if the restaurant needed the table for another sitting as there was plenty of spare tables and we stayed at our table, digesting our food over a bottle of wine until about 21.45. A shame really as like I said earlier the food was very nice.

My boyfriend took me to Lounge 10 last night, it was the first time both of us had visited the restaurant. What a fantastic experience! The food was fabulous, the service was excellent, and the place has such a lovely atmosphere generally. Very romantic, very intimate, and ideal for a special occasion. We were looking forward to the magician but he wasn't there, although we didn't even notice this until someone mentioned that he had been caught up in the floods and couldn't make it. We were enjoying ourselves so much we had forgotten about him. Yes it is a bit pricey here, but it is the type of place where I think you would struggle not to have a great time so worth the extra cash. Has to be booked in advance apparently-but that makes it even better, the experience on the night definitely lives up to the anticipation.

The food was very nice, however we were situated on two tables on the 1st floor that seem to be on a walk through next to the balcony, if you do dine at Lounge 10 make sure you do not get these tables.....

I've recently had a course of chemotherapy, which has badly affected my sense of taste. Everything I cook tastes awful. If anyone out there is in the same position, may I recommend to you the set menu at Lounge 10? For £10 you can have two delicious courses and coffee, whilst adding a glass of wine and a dessert will bring the bill to £16. The set menu is now available from lunchtime to 7.00pm - ideal for a pre-theatre meal.
Why their food tastes so good I don't know. I wonder if I could take the chef home and get him to cook for me? The only three meals I have enjoyed in the last month have been at Lounge 10. Each time it has been soup and risotto (the fixed menu has no choice for vegetarians, sadly) but the flavours are different each week and they all taste wonderful!
Thank you, Mr. Chef, for making the last month that little bit better. And thank you to Lee, the waiter, who remembers any personal details you give him, but is never intrusive. Hope to visit again soon.

Menu looked fabulous but we couldn't stay. The 'live jazz band' playing was so uncomfortably loud that quiet conversation was impossible and it ruined the ambience.

Excellent service and food. Cant fault the place. Lovely atmosphere and were not rushed in the slightest even though it was busy. Cant wait to go back.

Four of us visited last evening and what a experience we had. The service, atmosphere and food were tremendous. It has been along time since we had such a fantastic meal.
