My partner and i popped in on the way home from shopping on a Saturday at 5.30pm. A lot of work has been carried out here and externally has the look of 'work in progress'. Internally the refurbishment is to a high standard. The welcome was also good. We arrived too early for the buffet (open at 6pm) so chose a la carte. The food was different, tasty and well made from good ingredients. We mentioned that perhaps we had made a bad choice in the strength of the curries we had chosen and were provided with a sample of a alternative, which was more to our taste. Every effort was made to see that our requirements were met. This is a very unusual scenario in today's 'take it or leave it' society. The management seem to be making every effort to cater for everyone, from families with children to smart diners and large parties. There is plenty of room. The staff will do their best to ensure your time there is pleasant and happy.
