Traveling back home from the lakes with friends, found a hidden gem called "Bridge cafe & bistro, cannot praise this place enough food was GREAT!!!! A must for anyone who enjoys good food and not microwave pub rubbish will defo be back in summer.

Called in as we had read about the bistro in a local magazine and found the meal brilliant and the staff very friendly, we are booking again for this tuesday for 8 of us.

certainly not what you expect from a cafe-restaurant next to a gas station. impressive all round, especially the service.

Next door to the Texaco garage, Excellent value for money both as the cafe during the day and as the bistro in the evening offering good quality food in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Mike is the guy out-front who is only to happy to change a menu item for that day if you don? like any of the ingredients that may be in a particular dish. Small selection of wines are available to accompany your meal along with a bar facility. They also do "Themed Evenings" throughout certain months of the year. All in all a very pleasant relaxing evening.
