We have visited Pink Vanilla on several occasions and it is first class. My husband and I had lunch on Friday and we had Roquefort, Pear and Walnut Baguettes with delicious cous cous and side salad and a fantastic cup of coffee. I bought some lovely cakes to take away. Very friendly staff and a real gem for Lytham.

This place is a fab little hidden gem! We received a very warm welcome on entering.
The speciality sandwich menu has a good selection of interesting choices and not just the usual bog standard stuff. I had the roast chicken, sunblush tomato & avocado on home made baguette and it was superb.
They make their own cupcakes and have plenty of choice. The special today was banana and toffee or lemon meringue. I had the banana and toffee and very nice it was too.
This place is easy to miss as it's at the bottom end of the row of shops but definitely worth finding and giving them a try, I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

Wow what a find. We were staying in Ribby Hall for the February half term and had just been walking the dogs on the seafront. We wanted to have a late tea/coffee and happened to walk past Pink Vanilla which looked very inviting but we thought it was closed. Luckily for us we were invited in even though it was a few minutes past 5 and should have been closed!! I can say it was a real delight we were a party of 6 including children we had the most delicious food, I particularly liked the baileys flavoured iced cup cake, the choice was vast and the welcome was fantastic. We would all definitely recommend it and will make it a regular stop on our trips to Lancashire when we visit relatives.

I travel to Lytham several times a month during the summer. I grew up there and it's home from home to me.
When it comes to refreshment, I'm a little fussy!
So finding this cute and stylish cafe, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, was just perfect to my requirements!
Cheryl who owns and runs Pink Vanilla Patisserie is so welcoming and friendly. What's more she prepares some wonderful culinary delights and a fine cup of coffee too.
My favorite is usually, "homemade soup of the day" with a thick slice of fresh bread with butter, followed by a tasty cupcake and a coffee!
It's good to be part of the growing community that "Cheryl" and "Pink Vanilla Patisserie" has engendered.
I love the place!
Best wishes to Cheryl and Staff at Pink Vanilla Patisserie
