A £15 all you can eat (per course) buffet and it's really, really good. I suppose you never believe reviews like this but it is. However I'm writing this review because me (and my gf) went with another couple on Sunday. Our friends were really rude, made a big fuss over something minor about the meal (we suspect they were being dishonest) and the staff were utterly professional. We were so embarrassed, our 'friends' demanded a bottle of wine after realising they couldn't afford one and the owner/manager took it all in his stride and brought them one. I believe he knew we were regular customers and just wanted to save us face and embarrassment. They turned what was a social horror into a pleasant meal. Naturally I left a tip but wish I could have afforded to leave a bigger one. I can't recommend them enough, the food is very good but the service is the best I've ever had. Ben (live in north shore). The New Harmany Chinese restaurant has been a fixture of the Bispham dining scene since 1994. It’s located opposite the police station in the main shopping area at the end of Red Bank Road, just off the roundabout, and is open seven days a week from 5.30pm til 10.30pm. This 50-cover restaurant serves traditional Chinese food, specialising particularly in Cantonese dishes, and their ‘eat as much as you like’ banquet is always popular and is available all night every night with table service. The décor has a traditional Chinese feel with ornaments and artefacts as well as the obligatory fish tank. Kids and functions are well catered for too.
