This bright and modern Italian restaurant has been a fixture of the Poulton dining scene since 1994. It’s fitted out in minimalist Italian style with a warm blue and yellow colour scheme that’s in sharp contrast to the clutter in some more traditional Italians. There is a separate bar area where you can enjoy an aperitif and the two-level dining area has space for up to 100 diners. The kitchen is staffed by a team of Italian chefs and the menu offers a good choice of pizza, pasta and main courses plus a selection of Italian wines. Bistro Italia is open for dinner seven nights a week and can open during the day for special parties and events. Children are very welcome. Now opening for Sunday lunch.
