“Europa Italian Restaurant is a small 86 seater restaurant in the heart of Bristol. It is a family run restaurant which has been trading for the past 22 years.
A couple of years ago we were really struggling – times where tuff to say the least. Our 1st floor restaurant which holds 32 people was never used only on rare occasions. Restaurants around us had succumbed to the “discount voucher” syndrome – as a result they have now gone!
Then one day a rep appeared at my door from “Sugarvine” offering us a package that would give me a monthly feature in their newsletter plus a permanent listing on their website. We thought long and hard and decided to give it a go, none of the other more traditional forms of advertising where working for us so what did we have to lose. This was a company that specialised in restaurants, they even offered to spread the payments over a given period for us which helped.
The editorial they did looked good, very professional and the people at sugarvinedesign.com where very friendly and approachable giving us great ideas in order to help us write our editorials. After a couple of months working with the guys at Sugarvinedesign a real solid relationship grew together with trust. Let’s face it me and my husband are nearly 50 and using the internet to market our restaurant seemed very daunting.
That is where the Client Liaison team came to our rescue – we were having no end of trouble trying to sort out our current webpage provider with no success, then they took over the fight for us and after a couple of months everything was sorted. Europa was now in a position to engage Sugarvinedesign to build and host a whole new website for us. What a relief!!!! without them we would never have been free from the previous provider.
Since then Europa has never looked back we have grown month by month, we use our 1st floor restaurant at least once a week and now specialise in Hen and Stag Parties. They don’t just design they give you total backup anytime you need it at no extra cost. In the past year Sugarvinedesign.com has designed my webpage, developed a webpage application for mobile users, two facebook pages, newsletter template plus management systems giving me total control as and when I need it. In short Sugarvinedesign has brought Europa into the 21st century and by-golly have we seen the results. Since Sugarvinedesign.com launched our new website not only has our bookings increased, but our exposure in the market place has exceeded my wildest dreams.
