We dined here on Saturday evening for the first time. We would absolutely say everybody should go. What a wonderful place. All staff are friendly and helpful. The food is divine and the atmosphere and views are to die for. A must to visit!!

I visited the Crown & Thistle Inn last night with my partner, We have never been here before and what a great place, warm and welcoming with the open fire and friendly staff who have only been running it for 3 weeks have a great chef, it was the best meal me and my partner who eat out a lot. We had the tomato soup with warm crusty bread, then my partner had shepherds pie and i had chicken in white wine and mushroom sauce and jam sponge with custard and excellent value all inc drinks at £33! shall be visiting again.
