The service was ridiculously slow - waited 50 mins after ordering. We had children with us who started to become very tired and bored as we arrived at 7pm and did not leave until after 9pm with only two courses. I was disappointed as I mentioned the long wait to two staff members who merely told me that they were sorry but the restaurant was busy. No senior member of staff bothered to come over and explain what the problem was. Another disappointing factor was that everybody bar me received desserts and by the time mine arrived everyone else had finished. We came all the way from liverpool on a recommendation to be left highly dissatisfied. To be fair the food was tasty and hot, just very slow to arrive.
