A very average place with average food, average service and average atmosphere. Not cheap not the best but by no means the worst. Better than Carmelo's-at least the staff were hospitable.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!
I've read the recommendations on here but to be honest I think they're fake as the dates are all so close together and I have just come home from this horrible restaurant after walking out due to disgusting food and horrendous service from both the waitor and the owner who tried to tell me rock hard bread which is burnt is the correct way to cook bruchetta!!!
HORRIFIC, DONT GO!!!

Tiberio, as it used to be until 2 years ago was absolutely brilliant and we went every week for a meal. Unfortunately since it has become Nino's Italian Restaurant, we have given it a few visits but I am afraid it falls short of the original high standard of food and extensive menu which Tiberio used to have. Very disappointed as we used to love this place.

We went for my birthday on 4th January 2009 for the very first time to this restaurant. The food was mouthwatering. The service was awesome. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough absolutely wonderful. Thank you Nino and your wonderful brother for taking such care of us.

I went to the restaurant recently and my partner and I had a wonderful experience.
Food, wine and service was top notch.
Nino the owner was very chatty warm and generous.
For the quality of the food we thought the bill was very reasonable.
will be back soon!

We have visited tiberio (Ninos) a few times in the last couple of months. The homemade pate as a starter is highly recommended by myself. My husband had the calzone on one occasion. It is the hugest, tastiest calzone he has ever eaten...a must...but be warned you will struggle to finish it! I agree the service is a little slow but all food is freshly prepared so its worth the wait.

Very friendly, good services, although the food did take a while to arrive.... but when it did it was well worth the wait, will definitely return to try other things on the menu.

Having eaten at most of the Italian restaurants in Leeds, I was pleasantly surprised with my Friday evening dinner at Tiberio. Staff are friendly, the ambiance relaxed, service prompt and the food really quite good. If you fancy a glass of wine and a nice meal to unwind on an evening then you can't go wrong with Tiberio.

I expected this restaurant to be wonderful after reading all these good comments, instead I found it dreadful. What kind of Italian restaurant serves only pasta of the dried variety without even one fresh option? My mozzarella cheese and ham starter was actually a toastie which I can make easily and far better at home, my friend ordered a pasta dish with italian sausage which he was unable to eat because the sausage had been fried and re-fried it was inedible. When we entered the restaurant there was only one table occupied, four other tables entered the restaurant and were served their main courses before ours arrived. The only good thing that happened that evening was that my friend picked up the bill. I will be telling anyone that wants to hear what a dreadful restaurant this is and even with the early bird prices it is a complete and utter rip off!!
