Had a fantastic meal with friends last night atmosphere great service wonderful Kim behind the bar was lovely and helpful and Andrea on the floor was helpful and funny couldn't do enough all in all 5 stars from are party thank you all
Bakers Dozen – BootleVisit regularly and food is always really good. A few errors with the food as in the chicken was the wrong type but still all very nice. However we met with a male employee who was rather rude! As my sons food was already late due to it being the wrong item I asked if I could pay for my salad when leaving. He point blank refused and walked off. As we left we stopped to play a game on a machine and he came right up to me and very loudly said that chdren could not be in the vicinity of the machine. I asked my son to move away and the staff member rolled his eyes at me. I ways give people the benefit of the doubt but he was just plain rude and made me feel uncomfortable on my birthday meal.
