Service excellent, polite staff, starters lovely. Pizzas a sham, its a pizza kitchen I've had better out of the local shop , , pizza toppings sliding off as the base hadn't been cooked properly so looking forward to go, such a disappointment x

Gosh, this was a big disappointment after reading such good reviews. Me and my other half eat out quite often and like to give local businesses our money rather than go further afield. We called in on Saturday night and the place had a great atmosphere, chilled and beautifully clean. relaxed diners and I was really pleased there was a free table for us as we hadn't booked. Our starters were good, calamari and chilli prawns. No bread was on the table for mopping up the lovely juices but no matter. Then my excitement was high as my favourite things are pizza and chillis so I went for the atomic chicken pizza whilst my other half went for risotto. His was delicious and mine started off fine until I saw there was NO cheese on the pizza....and I mean NO cheese. I mentioned it to the server, a lovely woman and she went away and came back to explain....and this was hilarious but I do really believe that she believed what she was saying. " The chef uses buffalo mozzarella cheese and when this cooks, it disappears so you can't see it even though it is there". I did smile and was polite but i did say "you know what, that is just not true". So as much as I am sure it is a great place to eat, I just felt totally patronised by the comment. I cook from scratch every day, I believe in the ethos of the restaurant but I do think the comment was really hilarious and maybe an apology would have been better. The best chefs in the world make mistakes and it was a busy evening and I don't believe that cheese can really disappear!!

after attending this venue i found the food to be top but the service was treble me and my partner waited 20 mins for our drinks after waiting half an hour to be even spoken to by the waiting on staff very disappointed

There are more lavishly designed restaurants in the area, but I'm struggling to think of any that can match them on food, service or value. The Margarita was stunning and i got a free beer!!!!

We went to 'LPK' for the first time this week with friends - it definitely won't be the last! Authentic, imaginative and all freshly prepared with a warm and cosy atmosphere. Great VFM too. They aren't licensed (yet) but will be soon. An enthusiastic thumbs up and within walking distance too!

Little pizza is my new favourite local restaurant. Fell on it by accident, in truth I wanted to go somewhere else. I have to say it is probably the best food I've eaten in years around Waterloo/Crosby. The food and service both excellent. Only issue being; it was very busy & felt a tad cramped. I'll take that though!

Finally some decent food in Waterloo!!! It's been a long time coming but it looks like someone finally knows how to deliver a decent well priced menu with a bit of invention. I had crab cakes to start followed by pea wack risotto, which I absolutely loved. Only one down side, had to go the offy for some bev's (corkage in operation). Our food worked out at about £14 each. Outstanding value, for rosette quality food.
