This place is brilliant. Cheap as chips (£4.50 for a massive portion) and really tasty. I recommend the meat dumplings, they are the best I've ever tasted, unbeatable even by expensive Chinese restaurants that I've been to.
Definitely worth a visit.
Bryony
This is a simple little diner, which offers Chinese, Cantonese and Thai-style dishes that are flavourful, very good quality and not too far out of the average purse. Mains include rice, noodle and soup noodle dishes for meaties and veggies, and chef's specialities include spicy varieties that you may not find anywhere else. A tangy Me Hoon or Nasi Goreng sets you up for the afternoon.
Lunchtimes can get VERY crowded between 12.30 and 1.30pm, and prices range from £4 to £6. Drinks include freshly-made juices and the Chinese tea is refreshing.
