I used to live in Didsbury and got a takeaway from here virtually every week, the food is amazing.
It was great that you can watch the chefs preparing the food in front of you, which is different from what most takeaways do when they make your food behind closed doors.
You can tell they use really fresh produce as all the dishes are really light, I especially loved the Singapore fried rice dish they do. The ribs they do as well as really good, again compliments to the owner for his ingredients.
Don't get to eat there any more as moved away from Manchester now, highly recommended for anyone living in Northenden, Didsbury or Chorlton. Also it is much better value for money than all the Didsbury takeaways who in my opinion are all overpriced, including Globe.
