Two of us had lunch here. We ordered soup, toast and coffee. This came to about £12. A few minutes later I changed the order from toast to sandwiches. Although the toast hadn't been made, this appeared to irritate the person taking my order as it meant changing the details in her receipt book. Egg mayonnaise filling, a slice of ham and skant salad cost an extra £4.
The soup tasted as though based mostly on stock or packet soup. It tasted of no vegetable I could recognise and was rather unpleasant. It was left uneaten. Sandwich was made with cheap sliced bread, iceberg lettuce, a slice of tomato. I ate this as I was very hungry. Coffee was incredibly weak and tasted cheap. I did not drink it.
Very poor. There are much better cafes along the high street. I advise you take a short walk if you want a nice lunch, because I don't think you will find it here.
I did not use the toilets, so will assume they were OK.
