We enjoyed another lovely evening here. Our fourth time, I had the weeping tiger. Wow. I could come back again and again just to keep trying all the different food.. keep on cooking

Chaophraya – Leeds City CentreWhat a wonderful place to visit for a different Sunday lunch. The buffet has a great variety of food (too much to choose from) great for sampling different dishes. The kids love it too. They were spoilt by the staff and shown round the tuk tuk whilst we relaxed. I think it will be a regular thing from now on...
Chaophraya – Leeds City Centrea little gem hidden away in wakefield. why dont they advertise more ?
Valentinos Italian Restaurant – WakefieldIt was the first time I went to the bankhouse after the refurbishment. The bankhouse supplied an enjoyable and fantastic night with a brilliant atmosphere. The food was to that of a restaurant standard and the prices were great. We were looked after by friendly and welcoming staff throughout the night. Overall a great night.
Bankhouse Inn – PudseyVery very tasty. Great Service, great food, lively atmosphere and sorry to disagree but I thought they had quite a comprehensive list. I plumped for a Mersault which complimented the flavours to a tee. It was busy although we did manage to get a table without a booking on a Thursday night. Culinary excellence.
Sukhothai Restaurant – Chapel Allerton – Chapel AllertonVisited with parents before booked for a birthday(not mentioned) food and staff wonderful those food carvings are exquisite the manager tells me the girls do easy, makes presentation very good(never seen in any other than thai) the finishing touch was a birthday cake presented to my mate free of charge, apparently all part of service for a birthday wow, don? know how they knew it was his birthday because it wasn? mentioned, would have to say big thank you to all the beautiful girls and manager at the Erawan, keep these standards and you will be the best, no doubt, will be 1st on our dining night out, thank you so much regards dave salt
Thai Erawan Restaurant – RoundhayWell looked after, great service. Not rushed at all despite the fact that it was jam packed. Lovely deserts, very well presented food.
Agra 3 – WorksopOriental food has always been my favourite. Wonderful experience that my Chinese girlfriend took me to this great Thai cuisine full of exotic food at reasonable price. This is definitely the precious pearl of Ripon!!!!!
Cafe Thai – RiponYou have never been really in England if you have not visited Vennells Restaurant. We had the wonderful over there last night. The food was excellent with world class services. Environment was warm and friendly. Price was reasonable. You don't want to miss this if you ever visit Ripon
Vennells Restaurant – RiponAnyone who does not live close to University of Leeds should feel envious that they do not have La Besi as their local eatery. The restaurant is run by a really nice Italian guy, the staff are friendly and the chef is also Italian to add to the authenticity. My partner and I have eaten at La Besi several times and have always loved the food, ambience and the service. Not only is the menu very affordable with the average main course around £7.50 but the food is also delicious. I recommend the steak with Roquefort sauce if you enjoy strong flavours, or for something more delicate try the salmon Tagliatelle. La Besi does not have an alcohol licence so you can bring your own alcoholic drinks. We always take wine but anything goes it seems. There is even an off licence two minutes down the road if you decide you need another bottle of Sicilian Red. Enjoy.
La Besi Restaurant – Leeds City CentreWe enjoyed our meal, service, found the tables a little too close for comfort (don? think the waitresses enjoy that aspect of their job) quite busy suppose should be at 8.30 sat eve, only 1 or 2 quibbles wine list not great (ok) and secondly seemed to need our table as our bill came without request otherwise good thank you. V Hartley (roundhay)
Sukhothai Restaurant – Chapel Allerton – Chapel Allertonvery friendly staff, the food tasted great, you could tell it was all freshly prepared.
Glasshouse, The – DoncasterLiving in Ripon and mostly eating out in Harrogate and Leeds, we thought that we would try our home town for a quick supper. Were we impressed, absolutely!!! One of the best meals we have eaten in months and not at a premium. This place is a gem of a find, the food is fabulous with an interesting and varied menu, and the deco is superb and very relaxing, good wine list, and nice staff. Only criticism was that it took them fifteen minutes to take our drinks order, but that will certainly not put us off from returning in a couple of weeks. Excellent
Lockwoods – RiponThe wine menu is awesome (with a name like Hotel du Vin one would expect so!) and the food is thoroughly enjoyable. The waiters and sommelier are very knowledgeable and the ambience has a buzz about it that only the clientele can create. I would happily recommend HdV but be careful because it? not cheap, though not extortionate
Hotel Du Vin and Bistro – HarrogateFor a simple bite of Italian (not just pasta and pizzas), this is a lovely little eatery. There are only about 7 tables or so and so it is intimate but the food is fresh, cooked well and the service is friendly. Reasonably priced too.
Italian Connection – HarrogateThe food was excellent although the service and beer could be better
Bankhouse Inn – PudseyThere was a group of us that went & we all really enjoyed it
Frankie and Bennys – YorkThe beer could have been better but the food was great and made up for it.
Bankhouse Inn – Pudsey5 dishes for £40 and 2-4-1 cocktails.
