Superb food, great staff and not expensive at all. All i would suggest is arriving early as the four times i have been there ( on weeknights i may add!) all the tables have been full by 8.30pm

Fantastic. We were a party of 7 and as such were seated in our own alcove "La Bodega" where we sat on high stools around giant wine barrels, all of which added to the superb ambience. It also meant that we could be as raucous as we liked without disturbing other diners unduly. The management clearly understand that parties of this size do not usually rush their meal and had clearly slotted enough time for us not to feel at any point pressured to be finishing our food. The service was excellent, but for a minor misunderstanding on the timing of the Paella a couple of our party ordered; the food even better and the wine rounded off the meal perfectly. I will definitely return and have already recommended this excellent restaurant to many friends.

Having gone for 25 years, this is the best easy style fish restaurant in the north of England. Get in early for the downstairs ambience and atmosphere, you can? book at lunch, upstairs is cosy but not as much atmosphere. Overall superb. betty, front of house is an institution. everything is so fresh. just do it.

I think Blue Sky is absolutely brilliant and we often go there on staff nights out and special occasions. Its a brilliant atmosphere and they have a great disco on a weekend. Love it!!

Been 3 times. Don? miss out. Superb warm home loving place with brilliant ambience, front of house superb patron chef comes to talk to you. Highly recommended. Worth the travel from Halifax.

Cant recommend this place enough. Excellent food, byo wine, service with a smile and good price. Beats the Thai places in town easily

My fave restaurant in Leeds and the sushi is basic but good. Being used to Canadian (Vancouver and Toronto) sushi range and prices, I was rather outraged the first time I went. Then I got used to UK 'eating out' prices and realised the prices at Little Tokyo are actually very good. There's definitely something special about the ambience that keeps you going back for more. Would highly recommend to all!

This restaurant is well known and loved by the locals. You will find no advertising for this little gem hiding in the hills. The food is fantastic, each revisit bringing new delights. Good sized portions, friendly unobtrusive staff, relaxed cosy/romantic atmosphere. The best kept secret in the Halifax area for sure!

We have been visiting this fantastic little restaurant for a few years now and never once have we had a bad meal there...the waiters are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is pure Italian. Good food, Good wine...The best thing I can say is try it for yourselves...I don? think you will be disappointed! Many of our family and friends have latched on to this place and keep going back time after time...Say no more!

The service in La Besi is the best I have met ever. Daily special offer is really worth value of money.

My husband and I can not go to York for the weekend without have a meal at the Lime House the food is just to die for, why the chef has not applied for his Michelin stars I don’t know. The best desert you can ever have in your life is the Assiette of Chocolate – A trio of Chocolate if you’re a chocoholic you would love this desert. We are going back again at the beginning of May so please Lime House do not take the Assiette of Chocolate off your menu Thank you

This is the best Chinese food in Leeds. Forget the usual Cantonese fare served up by every other Chinese restaurant in the city, the food here is fabulous - full of flavour, complex, exciting, delicious. The headwaiter was passionate about the place and the food, and genuinely pleased that we'd enjoyed it so much. The majority of people eating in there were Chinese, which has to be a good sign. The dim sum is unbelievable value. Will be going back to eat there as often as possible.

Cosy Italian restaurant. The chef is a master. If you order the Zabaglione for desert, he comes out and makes it in front of you. If you like truffles, then this is the place for you too.

I have been to many hotels in my time, but this was something out of this world. The food was exquisite and the level of service was outstanding. The Hotel itself was absolutely fantastic set in lovely grounds. I will most certainly revisit this remarkable hotel again. I do recommend Haleys to anyone who demands the finer things in life. WELL DONE!

We have been here many times we are from Huddersfield the journey is well worth it. Menu is take-way prices in my area; drinks are pub prices so none of it breaks the bank. You get plenty of food, if you leave any you can take it home in tubs they provide. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. The disco and dance floor lit like any nightclub finishes the night off,

The Red Chilli restaurant, next to Millennium Square is in my opinion the best Chinese restaurant in Leeds. The Menu is huge, service is good and the lunch menu that runs between 12 - 2, with 3 courses for 9 pounds is a bargain. Highly recommended.

Try the Parelhada Mix Grilled of Shrimp, Large Prawns with Head on, Sea Scallops, Squid in a Lemon Garlic Sauce, served with Portuguese Fried Potato It is to die for. All the food was outstanding. the bar is also very good.

Very good cafe / restaurant, informal. Just wish the menu would change more often - regular customers soon run out of new things to try!
