a really good dining experience and a very good pre theatre option. Staff are very friendly and attentive.
Dragon I – GlasgowThis is the place to eat in the West End. It is well worth a visit. Everything about this place is great.
Cafe Andaluz – GlasgowThis is a help yourself restaurant which offers a wide selection of Chinese foods. When I go to Glasgow i always go to this restaurant.
Kings Lodge – GlasgowPricey but worth it! The Edith Piaf music wafting through the air, the great wine choices, and the unbelievable choices of game meats make this restaurant a wonderful choice. Very nice for a first date or a romantic evening.
La Camargue and Cameo Bar – EdinburghRoast beef Sunday lunch was excellent, not good selection for vegetarians. Lots of menu dishes unavailable. Great staff and great surroundings.
The Living Room – EdinburghI have eaten in many top class restaurants and found the food here of an equal standard. Absolutely delicious flavoursome food. Well worth visiting again and again! East Kilbride needs more places like it instead of the boring generic Beefeater style places.
Peters Seafood Restaurant – GlasgowGreat indian takeaway, food is amazing, try the doner pizza with cheese on top, highly recommended. p.s chilli sauce . . . out of this world
Madras Cottage – EdinburghThai choices at lunchtime were excellent, quality very good, prices very reasonable. Recommend during day or evening. Would recommend for
Poonthais – EdinburghI have never been so impressed with a restaurant from the front door welcome to the coffee before leaving, this was certainly a visit to remember that will have me coming back again. the food was not only cooked to perfection but was beautifully presented.
Mitchells Restaurant – GlasgowWould recommend for good time.
Montford House – GlasgowI have eaten here three times,on trips to Glasgow, and have had wonderful food on each visit. Some of the portions are quite small but very tasty, and as long as you order sensibly ie a couple of filling dishes (such as patatas bravas) as well as smaller items such as figs and cheese, or spicy prawns, you should be able to eat for 2 for about £50 (including a jug of delicious sangria and desserts). A wonderful place for a "girlie" night out!
Barca Tapas – GlasgowWithout a doubt, the finest Tapas I have tried outside of Spain. Great atmosphere, wine list and yummy liqueurs at the end of our meal! We'll be back!
Barioja Tapas Bar – EdinburghOne of the best restaurants in Scotland, certainly in Glasgow. Food is consistently great. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone!
La Lanterna Westend – GlasgowWonderful Restaurant, friendly staff, brilliant food, cosy setting and not too pricey. Loved it will be back again
L Aragosta – GlasgowVery nice restaurant with very friendly staff who are always willing to help. Nice atmosphere.
Mister Singhs India – GlasgowMadras cottage is a take away the portions are big and the food is fresh my choice every time
Madras Cottage – EdinburghDespite the poor look of the building on the inside. Snooks is well worth a visit. Friendly staff and good food make up for the shortfall in atmosphere.
SJ @ Snooks – GlasgowAn excellent venue with a wide choice of traditional Indian foods, well worth a visit.
