Amazing meal with family last night. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was impeccable. Highly recommended

My husband and I enjoyed a superb meal last night at The Apple Inn. We both had the mussels to start followed by the trio of pork. Simply delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and well informed about both the wine and food they were serving. Our dog, Milly, was given water and treats….she will be going back. Top marks.

Had nice outside table and a good evening. Overall not quite as good as our last visit before the pandemic. One of the two small chops in the rack of lamb was largely uncooked, while the other was well done. Desserts were really good though with the signature apple particularly excellent.

A lovely evening meal for Monday 2nd August. We enjoyed sharing the mussels starter, then the pan roast chicken and finally ice cream/sorbet and chocolate torte. All accompanied by local ale then Prosecco. finishing with coffees. (We were staying at HPB Lucker Hall just up the road, arriving on foot, so had no worries about driving home!) The ladies serving us were welcoming, cheerful and very friendly. The food arrived promptly and was beautifully presented. We didn't say at the time, but the date was special as it was a meal to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary, and it certainly didn't disappoint! Thank- you Apple Inn!

We had Sunday lunch yesterday and really enjoyed our meals. The staff were knowledgeable about ingredients and ensured that we had completely veggie and vegan meals. Highly recommended.

Lovely Sunday lunch. Meat and veg were really nice , only slight criticism was that the food could do with being a little hotter.. I like it piping hot! But the service was excellent as always and nothing is a problem. Have visited before and will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

What a find! We certainly landed on our feet finding this little gem for our first meal of our holiday. The food was delicious but the friendly and efficient service really stood out.

We were visiting the area on holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We thought the menu choices were varied and each course was so delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the whole ambience of the Apple Inn. It was totally efficient from the on line booking to the completion of the meal itself.

I stayed in Lucker with my family and ended our holiday with a meal at The Apple Inn - an excellent end to an amazing holiday. The food was delicious and the service was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed the spiced cauliflower and the sticky toffee pudding was delicious. Everyone was pleased with their choices and enjoyed the evening as much as I did.

I love this place! I try to book in every time I visit the beach. The food was superb. The bao bun starter was my husbands favourite but mine was the signature apple dessert. It was one of the tastiest most beautiful dishes I have eaten! All of the food and the staff were great (as usual!).

Excellent meal in a pleasant environment . Too many excellent puddings to choose from!

We came for breakfast and I must say it was absolutely amazing, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming and was so friendly with our springer spaniel dog, he even got his own sausage yum, I had the full northumbrian breakfast and it was the nicest I have ever had, the black pudding was out of this world, my missus had eggs Benedict and also really enjoyed it. The setting is lovely and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I had Sunday lunch yesterday and the food was delicious, best Yorkshire puddings I have ever had in a restaurant, will definitely be back. The staff are so helpful in fact that is why we booked a meal as we called just for a drink the week before and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing breakfasts! The staff were so friendly. ‘Best pancakes in the world’ our 8 year old son said and we couldn’t agree more. Well done School house can’t wait to come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

every time we are here for our holidays we always book at the Apple Inn we haven't had a bad meal here food is always gorgeous, staff very friendly and the atmosphere again friendly and cozy.
