Excellent food & great atmosphere

Delicious dinner last night, wonderful, cosy atmosphere. Very friendly and motivated staff. We enjoyed and will be returning when visiting North Wales next time. Highly recommended.

We had Sunday lunch yesterday at the Victoria pub It was delicious the meat was so tender lots of vegetables and the gravy tasty Will definitely be returning

Here on holiday and our second time at this restaurant. Lovely welcoming atmosphere, great food and dog friendly. Staff very pleasant and good value. Have already booked again. Highly recommend.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. In fact I think they have upped their game. Presentation beautiful too and the steak frites was truly divine.

I’m lucky enough to live a 10 minute drive from this beautiful Inn, we booked in for Sunday lunch, great value, amazing food my son-in-law was really impressed, said it’s the best Sunday lunch he’s had anywhere! It’s came out surprisingly quickly considering how busy they were, lovely staff pleasant and helpful, beautiful outside space. Highly recommended.

Such a shame! I can appreciate when things are busy but the experience was lacking. After initially finding a member of staff to enquire about my booking, got our seat fairly quickly and I went to the bar for drinks. When I went back to order food, I stood at the bar with 2 other people with not one member of staff behind it. When someone did come near the bar they decided to speak to 'friends' on their way to serve. The food I had no complaints about and the young person serving was very polite. One thing that was 'annoying' and I can only presume they were locals, was there was a group of three men on a table close to the bar, very loud with mouths for sewers in a family environment, no staff approached them. They also let their dog on chair/shelf on the table with the owner shouting its name constantly. It promised so much but such a shame!

My husband and I together with a friend had a wonderful Sunday lunch recently. The food was cooked to perfection and the portions were very generous. The service was excellent.

A lovely pub, very busy when we were there. The staff were eager to please. Great breakfast. Good pub food in the evening at reasonable prices.

Fabulous meal and service. Three of us had the roast dinners, Tender, melt in the mouth beef and delicious lamb. My granddaughter had an Anglesey burger and chips, amazing. Thoroughly recommend and we will be back.

Good food, reasonably priced. Always a pleasure. Our first choice for a meal every time.

On arrival, approached the bar spoke to somebody behind the bar gave our names for the pre-booking. She went off for 5 to 10 minutes came back and asked our names again. Disappointed that you’re not able to order starters. Food was ok, but felt rushed.
