Absolutley superb food. One of thr best pub meals we have had. Lovely atmosphere and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

As you can see we were really happy with the whole meal etc. There were some screeching children at a nearby table but we fully appreciate that the parents and not your staff need to sort that! We had a great meal with grest service so thank you very much! Hopefully see you agsin soon.

Family meal with the BEST burgers (Anglesey) they’ve ever had! Rapid service considering how busy the venue was. My veggie salad was nicely prepared and drowned in a sugary balsamic dressing, I’ve had worse.

Great food. Reasonable prices. Friendly bar staff. Quick service. Can get busy, so we book online. Beer garden and play area for kids. Have been coming here for the last 3 years. Our first choice for a lovely meal out when visiting Barmouth.

We have eaten at The Victoria twice recently. Once for Sunday lunch and then last night we had an evening meal with friends. We all enjoyed our food which was of a very high standard and was presented beautifully! The drinks, atmosphere and service was great too. Highly recommended but make sure you book as it gets busy!

This is our third visit in a few years, we’ve never had a Sunday roast here before and we weren’t disappointed, in fact, it’s the best roast we’ve had in years! Food was beautifully cooked, the meat melted in your mouth, we had the beef, pork and the lamb and it was all delicious. Plenty of gravy, amazing Yorkshire puddings and really lovely selection of fresh veg from the pub’s allotment. We were served very quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful despite being busy! We would recommend the Sunday roast but would advise you book! Parking can be tricky when the car park is full.

Nice place, lovely food, good price

Not a nice experience. Very crowded and very noisy. Drunk people shouting to each other across the table. Food was OK, staff great. Won't ever come again.

We were a party of 8 stopping on Shell island and had the most wonderful Sunday lunch , service was first class , waiting time was 15 minutes from order and the food was spot on , top marks from all of us , the pub itself has a lovely cottage feel to it and everyone from the bar staff to the servers were very polite, we will be back !!!!!

Lovely pub in pretty area. Food tasty and good value for money. Staff quick and helpful. Only downside is limited menu choice but very good what is on.

Lovely food, we didn’t have to wait too long even though it was very busy and many ordering at the same time. Great venue, lovely garden and play area. Lovely wholesome tasty food.

Second time for a Sunday roast here and again it was absolutely delicious. Lovely friendly staff and the place is lovely, highly recommend.

Always eat here when we come to near by Tal Y Bont, food always fantastic and a lovely cosy pub with great garden by the stream lovely

Very disappointing to be honest. Small menu. Food wasn't that great - we've been coming here every year since coming to Barmouth but after this visit I don't think we will return unless the food improves and the menu choice increases. Such a shame as it used to be so nice.

This is the second meal we have had at this lovely restaurant. Fab food on both occasions, Reasonably priced too. Friendly staff and great choice on the menu. Garden has lovely seating area and next to the river. Very helpful staff who accommodated our mobility restrictions on our first visit. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back.

Superb Sunday roast in a beautiful pub. We weren't told that we needed to order at the bar which meant we were waiting on table service but other than that it was perfect!!

Great atmosphere, food brought out in good time and very tasty, we ordered slightly different from the menu and this was not a problem. Highly recommend visiting this beautiful gem of a pub in a spectacular location.
