Lovely food served very nicely, timely. Staff were great. Party of 13 walkers, not one complaint.

Me and husband went for lunch on back holiday Monday the food was delicious we both had steak pie fantastic value for money would highly recommend.

Visited The Traders on 23-8-23. I cannot praise the food and the service too highly. My, steak pie was second to none and came with the best chips and mushy peas I have tasted in a long time .I enjoyed a very nice pint of beer in a very friendly atmosphere and was well looked after by the very pleasant staff. Will be back!

Great food and lovely surroundings. We have been a few times and never been disappointed. The lunchtime menu is great value and has something for everyone. Always clean and fresh and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going again.

I had a lovely meal with a friend and went for the Cheese Pie which was lovely and the second time I've had this dish, my friend had the Sunday Roast which he really enjoyed. The staff members are very friendly, the place clean and well-presented and it has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Certainly recommended with a good menu and well priced meals and drinks.

Very enjoyable evening. The Seabass special was delicious and well presented. My friend enjoyed the sticky prawn salad and the chocolate orange cheesecake with ice cream was superb. Compliments to the chef.

Friendly quick service, generous portions of food and proper chips accompanying the lovely cooked large light battered fish and then lovely portion of apple pie with a jug full of cream for dessert. Will definitely be returning soon

Great Food , Great Service and Great Prices. Took Mum for a surprise Birthday Lunch and chose The Traders Arms as they gave a good selection of food to suit everyone, and for Mum who doesn’t eat Veg or Dishes with Sauces or seasoning there was plenty of choice besides the usual Fish and Chips on offer at most places . We arrived to a warm welcome, the food was hot and delicious, although I was a little disappointed with just the 2 Sausages with the Sausage and Mash . Mum had the Scampi which came with chunky homemade chips and they accommodated Mums needs and swapped the Garden Peas for Beans. The Mint Aero Cheesecake was as equally delicious and we left full to bursting. We will definitely be back
