We had friends visiting from out of town and booked Italio, we had a wonderful evening with great service and fabulous good. Our friends were very impressed and we will visit again soon

It was stunning, lovely food with a great relaxed atmosphere and felt welcoming. The staff were excellent and always making sure everything was alright. Great and fast service overall and will definitely be visiting again when I’m in Blackpool. The pasta dish I had was excellent with lots of flavour.

Nice Thai food. Booked a table for 8.15, got there at 8.25 and was told the kitchen closed at 8….. Poor booking system and also staff could be more pleasant. Received an email with a small apology but we’re blamed for being late.

Always have an amazing meal with great service. Portion sizes are very good value for money too.

Our first visit as a family all aspects first class excellent food no faults in anyway

A few issues with booking, called a couple of weeks ago to make a special food request after availability showed online- was told over the phone that they were full despite it saying otherwise on the website but all following weekends there was availability so that was a bit confusing. Booked the afternoon tea online for the following weekend as advised there was availability (slots showed as available on the website) and was then called to say they were full- I asked if they could squeeze afternoon tea for two and the chef said he could…. so was grateful for that and then was asked to pay in full over the phone. Maybe for afternoon tea it should be telephone booking only to prevent this confusion? Food was excellent everything very fresh with great variety and servers talked us through everything. Brought a relative as a special treat and she decided she wanted lemonade instead of unlimited tea, was charged for the lemonade upon leaving despite either of us being served any tea what so ever - could understand if it was an alcoholic drink however surely a small lemonade would cost the same as tea. Such a shame as the food was excellent and setting is lovely but the service and complicated booking process let it down for us.

The location and the views from the outside dining area are fab. HOWEVER, the food is shocking!!

Had a great pizza and my girlfriend loved the carbonara-friendly staff, very busy but nice atmosphere- will be going again, thank you.

All you could ask for: The premises are kept sparkling clean, the staffer really friendly, the freshest fish, top quality potatoes, and generous portions -- no stinting!

First time visit! Amazing staff and good food. Was advised that they were short on kitchen staff when we arrived by the waitress, but despite it being busy inside and outside our service wasn't affected and wouldn't have known any difference. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Will be back

Loved sitting outside overlooking the golf course very relaxing for a Sunday morning. Food was ok but pancakes were a bit raw in the middle. The service was a shocker. Lady who served us was snappy and downright rude. I didn’t bother to ask her for the juice we ordered and paid for we just wanted to leave. I’m sure it’s not like that all the time and on another day we would have a better experience.

Tried the Ribeye with Gorgonzola sauce for a change!!! Wow my new favourite dish from italios… Didn’t think anything could beat their Lasagne, well I was wrong and couldn’t recommend it highly enough… Food & staff 11 out of 10 for me, thank you so much for another boss night at italios xxx

Had lunch with 2 friends. Lovely food friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately one friend was taken ill the staff were very helpful and concerned ( she was eventually ok). Food and service brilliant
