What a wonderful restaurant. We were having a day trip to Blackpool and pre booked this venue for our fish and chip tea. The place was spotless, staff lovely and food superb. I would go back to Blackpool just to eat here. Thankyou for a memorable experience!

On entering for the 1st time I immediately heard the boss shouting and being abusive to young members of staff, which made me fel uncomfortable and awkward, the floors were filthy and our food was full of black animal hairs, (appeared to be dog hairs), we didn't even eat it and will never return again.

John and I visited for the first time 10 Sept 2012. What can I say but fantastic we sampled the DIONYSUS MEZE in the ATRIUM section. Food was excellent served by helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend to all.and will be re-visiting again. Derek Mitchell

We visited the Akash restaurant while on a weekend away in Blackpool, because of the good reviews we saw on google. It's safe to say we were not disappointed in the slightest. The prices were really cheap, and the food was amazing! I had my favourite, chicken tikka masala, and it is the best curry i've ever had.To top it all off, Sammy was everything he was cracked up to be in the reviews. He was really friendly, and took a genuine interest in chatting to us. It's safe to say we would visit Blackpool again purely to go back to the Akash restaurant!

Well, I can say I have just got home after a fab meal at Go Greek... Friendly staff and excellent food.. we had the special mezze. Really great and I will defo be going back!

Highly recommend. Love to eat here the duck and pancakes is the best in Blackpool!! Well Done guys keep up the good work.

I recommend Go Greek in Layton, Blackpool for a lovely evening out... Great atmosphere... but more importantly the food is gorgeous and very authentic..... lovely dips.... lots of appetizers and great starters.. the mains are great too...but sometimes its nice just to try a few different starters ..... great evening out...

Hence what its cheap....disgusting....I know a chef that works there who has very poor hygiene....never washes his hands all day...looks are very decieving

4 of us stayed the week end 7th-10th sept it is the nicest little hotel with great selection of food for breakfast. rooms immaculate towels changed daily owners lorna and john are two of the most pleasant people you could meet nothing too much bother a real personal touch. we had standard double rooms with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable rooms are beautifully decorated tv, coffee/tea making facilities hair dryer ,iron if needed ask at reception. the hotel is near the beach,trams and bus stops, I would highly recommend this little hotel.

One of the Fylde's finest chippies. Enjoyed an excellent lunchtime haddock and chips. Chips were perfect as you would hope from a chippie, however many other shops cannot even get that bit right, either too soggy or too hard. Will return.

Bit late in posting this review (only just found the website). We ate here during our annual meeting. The food service and atmostphere was fantastic. There was 13 in total and the timing at which the food was delivered was just right. This rounded off a good couple of days in the resort and I have no hesitation in recomending to others. We were a party of four taking a weekend break in Blackpool . We wanted a nice steak meal and Truffles was recommended by a waiter at our hotel. We arrived to a freindly welcome and lovely atmoshere. We all ordered different steak dishes which were done to perfection.A great night which made our weekend complete.

i have been using the ghurka since it opened and eat there at least 4 times a week and due to the rudeness and extreme bad attitude of the recptionist over a peiod of mths i shouted at her on my last visit as i was so annoyed. my family and friends a total of 56 different peopple also use the ghurka regulary and now refuse to come as i am apparently barred. perhaps you need to realize that staff are there to serve the public and not be rude and bad mannered. all the other staff are absolutley marvellous and the restaurant is excellent and i would recommend the ghurka to everone. i now have a 3 people tonight coming to visit me and it was arranged 3 months ago to attend the ghurka for a meal and they are dissapointed that we can not come fo a meal tonight. yours faithfully mrs g ballance

Great meals I have had both times I and my family have been . Steak and chips to die for and some lovely twists on the menu . People of Blackpool,must try it !

What a fabulous restaurant. Came here as a party of 40, leavers meal for year 6 children and mums. Nothing to much trouble for the staff. All very friendly. The food was all served on time, hot and with nothing missing. Thanks very much for a perfect evening .A great end for the childrens junior schhol years.
