The food was every bit as good as Gordon Ramsey said. We will recommend Prashad to all our friends and family. The mixed starter is a great introduction to Prashad's menu. The waiters were very helpful explaining dishes and flavours and were attentive throughout our dining experience.

Easily the best Indian food we have ever had , judged against restaurants up and down the UK over twenty plus years, and having been in Portugal for nearly a year now still the best, and looking forward to coming back to Prashad on our return.

£0.90 onion bahjis £1.00 mushroom bahjis superb flavour and plenty on the plate curry around £4.00 (3 free chapati's) spiced just right.. basic decor and they forget the cutlery sometimes but a 'must visit' place when in Bradford. 20 years of going and no food poisoning what a result

friends of mine told us that they don't respect Indian customers like English. we were thinking to go and visit the restaurant but friends of mine told us about the restaurant we change our mind

PRASHAD Bradford I could not tell you what we ate but that it was wonderful....taste, presentation, texture, service...all amazing. Definitely the best Indian Restaurant we have been to. We went as an extended family including 2 young children and would thoroughly recommend. We were all well looked after and shall go back. A must to book.

We visited Prashad last night and had a fantastic meal. The vegetarian food tasted great. I loved the variety - every dish had a unique flavour, not like the mass-produced curries we usually get served. We will definitely go back. Good luck to the Prashad in the Gordon Ramsay competitiion. I hope they win.

DO NOT GO!!!! hygiene standards are very poor, food is rubbish, service is terrible.

Kate & I finally got round to watching the Ramsay program on 4oD the other night - we're SO proud of you guys! It made us both cry. You all come across as the beautiful people you are, Prashad looked the business, and Minal stole the show. You set out to be yourselves and it came across in glorious technicolour! The food looked as astonishing as ever, and the way Bobby deals with every customer with grace and affection sealed the deal. My only complaint is that there wasn't nearly enough Imran! If that cheeky ray of sunshine doesn't get his own 6 part special by the end of this series, then there's sincerely no justice in the world. MORE IMRAN PLEASE!!! See you all soon, if we can get a reservation!

I am really proud after seeing Gorden in your Restaurant. Your determination and love towards the food you cook is excellent. Definitely I would come to your restaurant to have a Indian food. Flavors of India is in the Prashad. Well done guys. You have to and will win this competition. Best of luck.

Just saw the Gordon Ramsay Show few days ago and are very proud for you. Congratulations and keep up the good work!! Will definitely come and visit your restaurant at some point, real soon. I am a pure vegetarian and am very glad that we have a veg restaurant around and its one of the best ones in the UK. WELL DONE!!

We visited Prashad for the first time this evening and loved it!! We are not vegetarians, but if we could have food like this every day, we would never need to eat meat or fish again! The Mixed Platter starter was perfect to share - a taste of many of the individual starters and all delicious, especially the Corn Roll and Pea Kachori. I followed this with Massala Dosa, which was amazing. The great food was accompanied by excellent service despite the restaurant turning away at least 15 people whilst we were there - you definitely need to book at present - we booked again for next week as we were leaving!

Having seen Prashad on Ramsay's best restaurant and being a lover of Indian cuisine I felt my partner and I should give it a try and we were not disappointed. The food was beautifully presented and served in good time, the flavour that they seem able to infuse into the food is just remarkable and so flavoursome an absolute real find and we will definitely be back.

We used to eat here all the time when we lived in Bradford. Fantastic staff and always amazing food. We sat and watched them on Gordon Ramsey last week and felt so proud!!! Congrats Prashad, keep going and we'll be backing you all the way. I feel a trip back to Bradford just to go to Prashad.....Simply fantastic

Just seen you on Gordon's show on TV......... BRILLIANT......... I was so happy you won. I love what you are doing and will be up to Bradford from London to visit with friends at some point and will certainly come and see you. WELL DONE !!

I'll start by saying I've always praised this as my favourite Indian restaurant in the country. I used to tell everyone go to kiplings it's better than Akhbars but that's all in the past. Tonight I went with my family and pregnant wife to kiplings, services was a massive let down and we kept getting drinks in dirty glasses one even had a bit of black plastic floating it in, no apology just looked put out when I asked for another. I tried to forget it and enjoy the food. Something had changed, didn't taste as authentic as it did before but still not bad. This all changed from the next bit. I am not making this up. I went to the toilet after our meal and as you know there is only one cubical in the mens. I waited for the stall to become free (5 minutes) Im bring vague as I don't think you need more detail but when the guy came out I realised he was kitchen staff and walked straight in to the backroom to the kitchen area (through the fire exit) Obviously more than a quick visit and he just didn't wash his hands. The smell was horrendous and to think he would then handle food. My wife is pregnant for god sake I've never made a scene at any restaurant it takes a lot to push me but hygiene or complete lack of disturbs me. I left it 20 mins before deciding to speak to the manager. I approached him with consideration to his business and how it may affect his customers dining that evening. His reaction was this: 'you mean the skinny guy in the tshirt, he's not a chef don't worry' I calmed down and said you can see my concerns though. It was my favourite restaurant and I couldn't believe it. I went and sat down for a bit but I got more angry for not dealing with this properly. I went back after we paid, and had another word. Manager said: 'I told you mate hes not a chef he's just pot wash!' So from not in the kitchen now he's handling our plates, glasses and cutlery. Big difference there. I proceeded to tell him that's was out of order and below an acceptable standard. I got a shrug and 'what do you want me to tell you' If we get any sort of food poisoning I'm going to sue this restaurant for a worrying lack of hygiene standards and Monday morning will be contacting department of health to look in to this. I can live with a mediocre even bad meal but kitchen staff going for a cr*p and not washing hands, jeez are we in a third world county? Used to be my favourite but possibly worst restaurant experience ever now. Furious!!!!!

Just returned from holiday in India and have watched "Ramsay's Best Restaurant" tv programme on the Internet and wish to congratulate all the staff at Prashad on getting through to the semi final. Keep up the good work and we really hope that you can go on to win the competition.

Naseeb has always given excellent service. only once they were late for delivery and that's it. made it a point to give spot on service each time there after . keep up the good work

Prashad vegetarian restaurant in Bradford: Fresh, delicious, ,beautifully presented; Gujarati cuisine is the best in India! Also like the friendly,personal service (have been eating here for over 20 years).
