We decided to have lunch in Prashad this afternoon. It was an opportunity to have a meal at our favourite restaurant in Bradford at its present location before Prashad relocates to a bigger and better venue in Drighlington. It was also an opportunity to congratulate young Imran, Prashad’s innovative manager and all the staff at Prashad and wish them well in their new project. We decided to order some of our favourites: Bhel supreme; Massala Dosa, Miljuli Sabji and puris. As usual, the food was exceptionally good and consistent with Prashad’s very high standards. We look forward to making many visits to Prashad in their new venue and enjoying Prashad’s supremely delicious cuisine.

This restaurant is a joke. Yes the traditional chinese food is ok but so is Great Wall and Blue sky. As a student from China I have been to many many chinese restaurant and tai pai dong. In my culture, time is money and money is time. So when we go into restaurants we are the boss because we pay the money. I was in last wednesday and the place was not busy. We were the second table in and to me that it not busy. So when all three of us asked for a pearl drink, the four-eye woman told us that we had to wait 45 minutes because she was too busy. I said to her that its silly because the other table was a hotpot (self service cooking soup meal) how can she be busy. She didn't like it and told us to drink coke instead. We complained to the other staff and they all said that this glasses woman is the boss and when she says no then it's no. So I think we will go to Great wall next time when food is delivered or served within 20 minutes no matter how busy they are. BC restaurant has alot to learn because compare to all the restaurant in China and HK,,,,, this is a waiting to shut down restaurant especiallly with girls who work there and don't smile and is bad manners

Won't/never will go back to this restaurant again. This is a very racist restaurant. Unless you're one of their race then they will treat you like rubbish. After reading a glowing report about this place, we decided to go there for our sons birthday. We asked for downstairs but the woman with the glasses just hurried us upstairs. My best friend asked the woman with the glasses if they did anything for birthdays and she replied 'ok'. Then a few Chinese customers came and sat next to us. This woman with the glasses just ignored us for the rest of the night and just focused on the Chinese customers. This got our party very annoyed as its a Chinese buffet where plates are supposed to be collected yet our was piled high. The final straw was when we asked for a cake, again she said 'ok' and nothing happened. As we were getting up. This woman with the glasses blanked us and got a birthday cake for the Chinese customers. My son cried his eyes out. I shall never be going back ever again. Nor will any of my party that was with us that night. A very disgusting racist restaurant.

I recently visited Habibs. Everytime I visit Habibs the staff are real polite and make you feel welcome, and the food is delicious.... would strongly recommend Habibs, nice to attend with family and friends.

Akbar's Bradford is once of Favorite restaurants in Bradford. It has it all - the looks, the feel and the quality of a pro restaurant. Being a Curry love, I adore theirs greatly, you can tell they have perfected the cooking of it. Cant forget to mention the staff as well, who actually remember your face and name. (not because I go there alot :)) Top class Service and Food. Best in Bradford and the UK.

We had a visiting speaker at the Theosophical Society bi-monthly Saturday afternoon Free Public Lecture in Shipley Library. Afterwards the three of us came for a meal to Prashad. We had a fabulous meal which we enjoyed, especially our visitor. She had followed the progress of Prashad on Gordon Ramsay’s TV series and was delighted that we had taken her there for a meal. We ordered kalva; bhel supreme, utthapam; idli sambar; miljuli sabzi; jeera rice and puris. Our guest was over the moon. She thoroughly enjoyed her meal and is looking forward to future visits to Prashad.

My friends brought me to this delightful restaurant for dinner. We had a veritable feast: kalva (banana fritters) [delicious!]; bhel supreme; utthapam; idli sambar; miljuli sabzi; jeera rice and puris. The sambar was simply the tastiest sambar I had ever encountered! It was a most enjoyable evening and I shall certainly come again. Highly recommended.

Have eaten here a number of times in recent months, and have been blown away every time, by food, service and atmosphere. Menu choice is excellently varied and I was pleased to find that not everything is laden with lemongrass, not being a fan myself. Very discerningly flavoured dishes have been immaculately and attractively served on every visit. Whilst the Early Bird offers excellent value for money, I have consistently found the pricing otherwise to be very reasonably indeed. Highly recommend.

We took a friend of ours back to her home in Leeds and as it was getting on to dinner time, on our way home we made our way to Prashad. The place was busy with well-pleased diners, no doubt drawn like us by Kaushy’s and Minal’s unique kitchen magic. We were very lucky to get a table for two, as we had not booked in advance! We had mixed vegetable pakoras, idli sambar, rengan and potatoes and puris. The food here seems to get better and better at each of our visits! The food and service in Prashad are simply the best in Bradford.

Me and my wife been to prashad in Bradford yesterday. And let me tell you this that I am a big time MEAT eater,so I wasn't that keen to go there because its a vegetarian resturant...But i was totally wrong, and now I can say that it was one of the best meal I ever had in my life.To begin with, they had a very warm welcoming staff, starters were amazing, chana chat was delecious, and stuffed chilli was out of this world.Presentation, texture, service and taste was phenominal. The main course, well,I won't even say any thing,it was out of this world. And than came the final part.BOBBY,the owner of the resturant,a lovely guy,he asked us himself if we were enjoying our meal,he gave us this complimentary dessert which was lovely, but bobby was so nice, and comfortable guy to talk to,that for a second we forgot that we were in a resturant not a home. His hospitality was out class. In short a great great great food and people.Well recommended.

We came with our visitors from London to Prashad for dinner on a Saturday evening. We had booked in advance, which was just as well as the place was busy with diners. We had mango lasssis, patras, kalva, Rawa utthapam, idli sambar, rengan (auberginces)and potatoes, puris, chick pea chole, and jeera rice. Our guests were delighted that they had an opportunity to dine here. Being Gujaratis, they could appreciate the authentic Gujarati vegetarian cuisine served here. So thank you Prashad. You have now two devoted fans in London!

We are from London. We are here to give lectures to the Theosophical Societies in Bradford and Leeds. Our hosts brought us to Prashad for our dinner. We had followed the progress of Prashad on Gordon Ramsay’s TV series and were delighted that we had come here for a meal. We had mango lassi, patra, kalva, South Indian Rava Utthapam and Idlis; followed by rengan (aubergines) and potatoes with puris and jeera rice. We are Gujaratis, so we can vouch for the authenticity of the cooking here at Prashad. It is of a very high standard and felt just like eating in a high-class Gujarati restaurant in India. Bradford must be proud to have this wonderful little restaurant.

We've eaten at the Bradford and Skipton branches and found them to be without hyperbole some of the best Indian food we've experienced. in Yorkshire Great value, friendly staff and a nice wine bar to relax in at the Skipton branch.

Enjoyed a meal with a group of mates and it was easy to see why Omar Khans is associated with the best local curry. Great food and the service was quick and friendly. Enjoyed al fresco dining outside on the patio, great view of Skipton Canal and an affordable wine bar were a real bonus. I would not hesitant to recommend Omar Khan's Skipton to anyone who wants the very best Indian cuisine
