Don't bother going here. The waiter/bar manager is a nasty bully. We went there once on a big work do and spent ₤700+ on drinks. My workmate picked up a barely visible tiny dish of bombay mix from an empty table next to our large group and he came over and accused her of stealing!! Although, every other empty table had snacks, our busy one didn't! Considering we'd spend so much money in his empty bar, this was really a poor show. We'll go elsewhere next time, not worth paying all that money for that kind of service again. I advise you to do the same.

6 of us lunched today at Hangleton Manor. Two had jacket potatoes and salad (£4.95 each) and the potatoes were stone cold. Two had lasagne which they agreed were okayish. Two of us chose lemon meringue pies for dessert which we had to return as they were inedible. They were piping hot (unlike the potatoes and quite unusually for lemon meringue!). They had obviously been heated in a microwave as the pastry base was soggy, the lemon filling like glue and the "meringue" topping had reverted back to its pre-cooked state of whipped eggwhite and sugar! It was like eating thick lemon glue! Disgusting and overpriced at £4.50! The service was poor too. The ambience is good and surroundings unique - but the food leaves much to be desired.

Cosy, family type pub, I went there but doors were locked so I decided to move on but in about 10 seconds someone looked out of the window opened the door and told me you does not look like a drunk football fan, come in and welcome :))) Interior is traditional they have a good beer and serve it with care. In the evening there was amazing jig event, probably the best ever jig I ever heard. Well what to say more than I stayed there longer then expected and I missed my last train back to London but who cares...I spent a night at the Beach

Having dined here several times with parties of 2 to 22 I have booked the downstairs again for my works Christmas do, simple reason being I am still dreaming about the food I eat in Graze a week later it's that good. I work and dine out in London frequently and Graze knocks some very highly rated restaurants into a cocked hat, exquisite portions of highly flavoured and expertly prepared dishes that vary greatly and are served with aplomb and a smile. My recommendation is eat there regularly to fully appreciate the dishes and service.

Great food, but incredibly slow service. General lack of organisation in the restaurant - bar area extremely untidy with junk lying everywhere. Took them over 30 minutes to take our order and first food nearly 1 hour after sitting down.

I've eaten here in the evening twice. The first time it was not very full, the food was excellent and so was the service. The second time the restaurant was fully booked. Although the food and service were still excellent, we felt a little rushed, and also there was so much background noise (music playing too loud and people shouting over the top of it - all echoing off the walls and wooden floor) that it was less enjoyable. My recommendation is to go on a weeknight. I'd recommend the fish dishes.

Each time we fly into the UK from our home in Canada, we so look forward to our fish dinner at the Melrose in Brighton...the food is always superb - especially my favourite, their Dover Sole, and the service and family atmosphere extremely pleasant and very friendly. We recommend this restaurant to all our friends when visiting Brighton.

Enjoy great food in a comfortable environment with friendly service - the perfect meal out with friends. The wonderful quality food is billed as 'tapas' with the gazpacho particularly wonderful, possibly the best one I've ever had despite reviewing Spanish restaurants for several publications, including one in Spain! The tasting dish is great value at £15.95 for seven-eight different dishes, not always the same as those listed on the menu. We loved the pork and salsa verde on surprisingly moist black pudding whilst the risotto is seasonal and deliciously creamy. Not strictly Spanish, this is a celebration of the seasons using quality products and imagination without being too cheffy. You must try it - I've been twice in 8 days it's that good

Our regular Friday evening dining venue which is in our opinion the best Indian in town. Attentive and friendly service accompanies excellent food washed down with a decently priced wine. Does get very busy so booking is recommended......but not our table please!

Check out the lunchtime set meals, they are great for clean and healthy express lunch times out of work. They also have a new website and online menu at Kambis.co.uk - Kambis also have probably the best vegetarian choice around in a authentic surrounding....
