Lovely as always!

Have been enjoying Heathfields with family and friends since it opened! Always great service and great food.

Treated my friend to a birthday lunch. We both had the chilli poke bowl special, which was a generous portion and absolutely delicious. Washed down with a celebratory glass of Prosecco followed by sticky ginger cake, pastel de nata and a pumpkin spiced latte that was the perfect blend of coffee, pumpkin and spice. Usually they are too sickly to enjoy. Thank you Heathfields for great service and food. My friend left feeling spoilt rotten.

Had a delicious breakfast at Heathfields - went for the full veggie breakfast and it didn’t disappoint. First time visiting, will definitely be back. Bought some amazing cakes to take away too which were all delicious

Lovely, local, family run cafe-bar. Have been enjoying Heathfields for a few years now with friends and family. Always an excellent variety of quality food and drink choices. Very dog friendly so we often choose to go here with the excuse of walking the dog!

Fantastic spicy butternut squash soup, really good. Great atmosphere & lovely staff always.

Booked this after it was recommended by friends. Beautiful decor , young lady waitress awesome, 3 of dined. My starter was fab ...sweetcorn ribs, a friend had pork belly bites which were dried out. Mains very good seabass was very very good. Puddings mixed my pannacotta great if a little watery. Crumble topping overdone. We will come again as like to support local undependant businesses. The warm, friendly atmosphere and excellent wait staff are an asset to The Fox

Really enjoyed our food although husband would prefer Brit cooked a bit more, next time we will ask, delicious desserts Relaxed atmosphere and felt very welcoming Only one criticism, I didn’t like the cutlery as I found them uncomfortable to use, other than that top marks all round and we will be happy to book again

So happy to have a local this good on our door step. Beautifully designed inside and a menu we want to work our way through. We both Had a roast (Tasty and well priced- just not hot enough) and my daughter had the spag Bol which was extremely good for a children’s menu really rich deep flavour! (we ate the leftovers) The atmosphere was buzzing lots of happy faces, chatter and good music, the only negative was inattentive & very young staff. Paul the owner was great but could only do so much with a full restaurant, I imagine this is just teething problems getting the staff to understand the ecxpectations of its diners. Will be back often, great wine list too & And puddings!

The transformation of the Fox is beautiful, really lovely decor. However, I hate to say very disappointing Sunday lunch yesterday , Scallops were nearly cold, Popcorn chicken was overdone. The Pork Loin was very fatty , chicken roast came out without bread sauce and when it arrived it was cold. It was heated up when we asked. All the roasts were warm not hot. It was tasty though. The lovely staff were trying so hard and we were gifted 3 desserts which was very kind. I know it’s only just opened but they are expererienced hosts so we would have thought it would have been better. We will try again I expect. It’s such a lovely vibe and great for a place to stop on a dog walk as dogs were made very welcome in the bar area! Wishing them every success here as it’s so nice to have somewhere lovely to go .

The Fox Brasserie has a friendly down to earth service and wonderful atmosphere. I had a lovely vegetarian lunch of beetroot wellington and I am looking forward to other options they might have in the future. I love the real fireplace flickering and its cosy style brasserie interior, with an extremely cute dog feeling at home around the place. I would recommend booking a meal as I see this Keston secret becoming extremely popular very fast.

Stopped here for lunch while out for a walk. Beautiful decor and friendly staff. For the price, though, the vegan roast was not good value. Compared to the identically priced meat roasts it came with less on the plate, and no Yorkshire pudding (choice should be offered). The food was fine, but the prices implied it would be better. Needs attention or there's no reason to bother going again. Prices did not match in all published places. I am optimistic that if we visit again in 6 months some of these teething issues will be ironed out.
