The Fox Brasserie and Pub – BromleyThe food was fabulous. Great menu with classic pub choices with a few lovely little alternative options. Most definitely returning Thank you all and well done
The Fox Brasserie and Pub – BromleyFantastic restaurant!!! Recommended by a friend, took my next-door neighbour there for a (big!) birthday, midweek, lunchtime. We had crab (me) and calamari (her) for starters, followed by sea bass and skate. Everything so fresh!!--and the service and presentation perfect. A real find!!!
Blue Harbour Restaurant – BromleyExtremely rude female staff.....food is c*** as well.will never recommend Harvesters Bromley to anyone.
Harvester – BromleyFood was cold and old, horrible servic., Will not return, many thanks.
Olive Tree Restaurant – BromleyAte in the Olive Tree this Sunday with my friend. Waited a long time for our food. Table had not been cleared. Staff were unhelful. Omlettes were burnt and my friend even found a hair in her food. Would not recommend this cafe.
Olive Tree Restaurant – BromleyI ate here today with my grandson and was very impressed, particularly by the service. The quality of the food could not be faulted and the coffee was delicious. Thank you Olive Tree, I'll be back
Olive Tree Restaurant – BromleyIn ate in Olive Tree, Orpington yesterday and will NOT be returning. Food was cold and disgusting and definitely not value for money. Staff were less than helpful. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone.
Olive Tree Restaurant – BromleyWent for lunch at Lujon yesterday (9/7/11) with 3 friends. First visit and was really impressed. We all had the set menu which was very reasonably priced at £16.95 for 3 courses. The surroundings are extremely smart and modern but not too stuffy, atmosphere good. We were given fresh home made onion bread and walnut bread (still warm!) and it was divine. I had the pea veloute with truffle oil to start and it was the most refreshing light soup I had ever tasted it was delicious. To follow I had rabbit slow cooked and it melted in the mouth and again was really tasty. My friends had plaice and chicken and they also said how great it was. This was followed by dessert, I chose the Kentish blue cheese with home made biscuit, my companions had the chocolate mousse which they raved about. This was all washed down with the house rose which again was excellent value. The waiters/waitresses were very attentive without being intrusive. We were so impressed we have booked a table for 16 to have our Christmas meal together
Lujon – BromleyVery Good and professional service. The menu was excellent. Will visit again
Lujon – BromleyI enjoyed the Olive tree in Orpington for many years and will enjoy the Olive tree in Bromley (The same owner as in Orpington) for many more years (Hopefully)
Olive Tree Restaurant – BromleyI recommend that you steer clear of this restaurant. We have used it on many occasions over the years without a problem. When we ordered a delivery last night (14.11.09) some of the food was stone cold and the lamb bhuna was so tough that is was unedible. My wife phoned the restaurant to complain and was called a liar. She explained that we lived locally and used the restaurant quite regularly. The owner stated the following "I don't give a f*** about locals". He also mentioned that they were busy and had never had a complaint before. My rating is that the food that is hot is average and 5/10, customer service is appalling and 0/10
Yasmin Tandoori Restaurant – BromleyWith a party of five I had great hopes of some tasty American food. To get to the point I was looking forward to some real American Pancakes. We phoned up to find out if they were proper American pancakes we were told there were and "home made" at that. The food was so poor I took 2 bites couldn't it the floppy rubbery food. In fact everything we ordered bar the microwaved brownies were poor. The fries we're ok. Milkshake and hot chocolate were ok also. No one asked if anything was ok with the food. We all saw kitchen staff fluffing their hair and taking of caps of and re-positioning hair. After asking to speak to the manager the manager promptly left the room. They over charged us on the bill for some items, didn't charge for other items which we did correct. We made order for drinks that never came. Anyway, you get the picture. Worse than all of that, I'd say the food was very english and not American at all.
