Having been cosseted at Beswicks one certainly leaves feeling well looked after and well fed it is THE PLACE to eat in Furness for an all round experience. The ambiance was fantastic The food excellent (quality presented simply, with vegetables etc silver served) The wine list was so good it was difficult to choose. The service was attentive and just right with most things being done for you without asking.

Will definitely be going back. Food fantastic incredible wine list and I have to mention the cheese board never seen anything like it and nearly all English
Beswicks Restaurant – Broughton-in-FurnessThe restaurant at the High Cross Inn is stunning it had the most superb views over the duddon valley and surrounding mountains. The menu offered a large range of meals to suit any taste with a special board with seasonal produce. The food was superb! We all had various items from the menu the service was fast with very pleasant waiting on staff. The bar is very traditional with a large open fire and they are pet friendly. In fact everything about the High Cross is warm and welcoming we look forward to our return.
