Second visit. Food very high quality. Chorizo basco casserole from the special perfectly cooked Service extremely excellent and friendly. Downstairs the best place to dine for atmosphere and culinary sensation....

Went on Wednesday night with wifecand Son. Very busy. Excellent tapas and pizza. Service excellent. Will definitely be back.

We went for our lunch on hour break we pre-booked for 1 pm, arrived on time. We waited at the door and no one come to us to set us finally someone standing at the bar who I'm not sure if he worked there or knew someone who did look at the reservations and gave us a table. Our table wasn't ready and we were given the wrong menu to look at. So after moving tables and waiting 15 mins for our order to be taken, told we had the wrong menu. A further 10 mins later he came back to take our order again, and we had to inform him that we had to leave due to only having an hour for lunch and it has taken over 25 mins to take our order. They said it was busy but having worked in restaurants in the past 10 tables is not busy with 6 members of staff on. He got quite rude by then end when we decided to leave and go someone else for a quick bite.

Unfortunately I am unable to comment on the quality of the food as we didn't get to the point of eating any. We had booked a table for 6pm, shown to our table, where we sat and waited and then waited some more and at no point did anybody ask if we wanted to order a drink or even to give us menus to look at, whilst people that had arrived after us were seen to straight away Eventually we decided to leave and took our business elsewhere, overall a very disappointing but brief visit

Good was amazing couldn’t fault it at all. Atmosphere great but the service was shocking. The restaurant was busy but since we was sat at the table we was basically forgotten about. We had to keep getting up to ask someone to take our order. We sat there for 20mins after finishing our drink and meal and not one person asked if we wanted another drink or desert so we then asked for the bill.

Food excellent and service fabulous as always. My favourite place.

Food was incredible, plenty of choice and freshly made. Staff were lovely even though it was very busy.

Food and service excellent, social distancing observed at all times, felt very safe and very enjoyable evening for our anniversary meal. Will definitely be back.

We had an excellent meal. We’ve been here many times and the food is always of a high standard. The staff are great and so is the atmosphere. Would recommend this place to everyone!

This was our first visit and certainly will not be our last. The menu choices are excellent and suit all tasted. The food was cooked well and very tasty. Varied drinks menu. Both food and drinks reasonably priced. The atmosphere was very friendly as well as the staff. Felt very comfortable and as though nothing was too much trouble. Good decor. Would definitely recommend a visit.

We dined here for lunch as part of the eat out to help out scheme. Everything was perfect. We had a four year old with us too who loved his food, especially the ice cream. I had the three starred dishes deal and each plate was very flavoursome. The other member of our group had a calzone pizza that was an extremely generous portion and again delicious. We will be visiting again :-)

Lovely place, amazing food and very clean.

Lovely venue, we went at lunch time so nice and quiet really. Tables laid out well, cleanliness and such friendly staff. I had three tapas dishes which were all beautiful and fresh. A lovely glass on sangria, and tiramisu to finish, which was delicious! Can’t wait to visit again.

Another excellent meal and a great afternoon. Looking forward to eating at Astoria again soon.

Visited this restaurant for the first time, Someone must report this place to the Michelin guide! the Food is divine, wonderful waiters, lovely atmosphere ... We will be back soon
