Excellent service. Food superb and felt very covid safe
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamMy husband and I visited bourton on the water for one night in July. We at this restaurant and absolutely loved everything about it. The food was lovely, the staff very welcoming and friendly and the place very relaxing. We took our King Charles, Marlee who was also treated to a little meat off a member of the staff. Would highly recommend this place for great food, atmosphere, cleanliness and friendliness.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamGood food and great service
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamSo glad we thought ahead and booked a table for the Saturday evening, Bourton was rammed. My husband had the Croft Burger and I had the BBQ Pulled Pork Burger both were excellent and the skinny fries were delicious, tend to think of KFC or McDonalds when it comes to skinny fries but they were nothing like I am glad to say. The service from the young people was excellent, very polite and attentive, we had chosen to sit outside as it was a very hot night and these young people were attentive to everyone, certainly a good choice, will defiantly be back.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamReally good food and excellent staff. We were well looked after and very happy with the experience. Would be back if in the area again.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamLovely evening food very good and atmosphere and crew excellent
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamBrilliant food and in-restaurant service but not a very professional email booking service. They didnt listen and were quite rude. I had to explain that I had booked 2 tables twice. Please listen to your customers!
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamLovely place for a birthday celebration
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamA fantastic restaurant where we had a superb lunch . We were on a day trip to Bourton so I booked the Croft beforehand online. It was one of the best meals I had eaten-sea bass with fries and garden pea purée and a Mayo dip with dill. Amazing food , lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Well done .
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamDined with my wife at the Croft and found the whole experience very enjiysble. The food was great along with service. I asked for minor adjustments to my order and these were all made with no fuss. Lovely atmosphere and would happily eat there again if ever in the area
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamHad dinner as a family last weekend as we were staying overnight in the village. Found restaurant online, really easy to book. Food was great, really friendly staff who coped really well on what was a busy night under covid restrictions!
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamExcellent as always
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamThe food was amazing but we were left waiting outside for 20minutes past our reservation time as lack of communication between staff meant no one was manning that role. It wouldnt have been so frustrating if someone had just come and and explained about the wait etc.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamReally slow service. It was 15-20 mins after seating that were we able to order a drink. The drinks order was then incorrect. The occasion was a 50th birthday so we were disappointed in the slow service and the wait time.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamWe loved it so much we have booked again when we visit in July.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamDespite being short staffed the service was really quick and the staff were so friendly and very attentive- they're doing a great job! The food was all delicious and the outdoor area was perfect for a lovely summers evening
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamBooked a table on Sunday, glad we did as Bourton is very busy. Sat outside; setting was lovely under the sun shades, not overcrowded and could people-watch. Service was excellent; very attentive, quick and friendly from the 4 very busy girls who were serving. Unfortunately the food was all below par for the money, on a level with Wetherspoons. We know it's a tourist hotspot but the meals were thrown together quickly with cheap ingredients. The menu made it sound far better than it actually was. We got a dessert elsewhere. Such a shame as the service and setting was great.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamVisited Bourton on the Water on the Sunday before Bank Holiday Monday on a glorious sunny day. Looked the restaurant up on line and decided to book a table beforehand. Glad we did as it proved very popular, people were queueing up to get in. Our tabe was ready on time and the staff very attentive to what drinks and food we were ordering. Did not have to wait too long for our food. Unfortunately there was a power cut during our meal which did not effect us at all only that we were very surprised that the lady who was front of house at the time had a trantrum at one membre of staff because the computerised booking system had gone down! Things do happen sometimes which are out of control but her behaviour was very unprofessional in front of the other members of staff and the diners in the restaurant at the time!
The Croft Restaurant – Cheltenham2 courses, £21; 3 courses, £25. Available lunch Monday- Saturday and 5pm-6.15pm Friday and Saturday.
