We absolutely love The Flambe. It’s where we spend most family birthdays and occasions. I can’t fault the service or the food. Love it.

We recently took guests for Saturday lunch. As usual everything was up to scratch and we all enjoyed the excellent food and service.

Warm welcome, excellent service and amazingly tasty food as always Moules Mariniere were the best I’ve ever tasted. Generous portions and lots of choice. A perfect evening celebrating our wedding anniversary, thank you.

We went to La Flambe for Mothers Day. The food was excellent, very tasty, good portions and was served professionally. We will be back.

Went there for a date night with my husband and I believe we will be going back to La Flambé forever from now on! We enjoyed the shared steak with gorgeous portions (with refills) of sides. Delicious varieties of well sourced wines to compliment our steak dinner. Portions were generous. We had a starter and dessert to share which was enough for us two. Flavours were perfect for all the dishes we had and the service too was very attentive. Looking forward to our next date night!

Great food, dauphinoise to die for. I had the fillet steak medium rare which was delicious. My wife had gluten free fish which was amazing, cooked either wild garlic. Love it here. Staff are always great

I booked a table for 5 to celebrate a birthday on Saturday lunch time! The service and food was excellent, staff very friendly and efficient. Each one of us had a had different mela which all had great taste and presented well. Never been let down at La Flambe! 10 out of 10, cant wait to return.

We’ve been coming for years and never had anything but a perfect meal. The staff are very friendly and look after their guests efficiently and with respect. There are many little touches that make it very special. Recently we were a party of nine and all our meals came to the table hot and at the same time.

We headed to La Flambe on Saturday night for my father in laws 70th birthday. We were a table of 7 and couldn't fault anything. The food was divine, so flavoursome, cooked well and so much of it, and the service was top notch. Silver service was a treat and waiting staff were very attentive and made sure we had the best evening. Well done all!

The food experience at la flambé this week was disappointing; whilst we could not fault the food which was exquisite, the service was let down by a very abrupt person who was serving us to start with. We felt rushed and unwelcome; almost as though we were a hinderance rather than a valued customer. She seemed intent on making us know she was in charge and was indignant when I tried to ask a simple question about the menu. In addition, whilst we were still eating, we came last in line to the cleaning of tables, we requested the dessert menu and was then left hanging by the waiter who felt is was more important to clean tables rather than take an order from us for our desserts. We waited patiently and then gave up. Similarly, we ask for the bill and the waiter promptly went away and left us again to clean tables whilst we were poised to pay our bill. We resorted to trying to pay on our way out where we passed the lady who first served us and between her and the waiter neither of them could bring it on themselves to even say thank you for our custom. Or enquire as to whether we enjoyed our lunch at Laflambe. All in all, what could have been a memorable celebration of my birthday with my wife for all good reasons became the opposite. The lady in question is seriously in need of customer awareness training and if your staff need to finish work by a set time then you should not be taking booking so late at lunchtime. I would however compliment the chef on the food we enjoyed.

Three of us went for lunch yesterday and as usual the food was superb. Don’t go here if you are on a diet because you will be guaranteed to receive generous portions and delicious food. Saying to yourself well I will only have two courses just does not work, temptation is there give in and enjoy it

We always go to La Flambe’s themed nights. The food is fantastic - flavoursome and good sized portions. They cater for GF brilliantly. Great atmosphere and the staff are very attentive. We have never had a problem with the service. Highly recommend,

Six of us enjoyed a first class meal on Wednesday evening. We book La Flambe whenever we get together, safe in the knowledge that we will always receive great service and a meal with a great variety of vegetables. The standard has never dropped.

Lovely meal. Best steak I've had for years. Nice, quiet atmosphere there. Great service.
