Excellent meal - lovely atmosphere

I had an afternoon meal at PL at Euxton, Chorley. It was a pleasant meal and service was first class. The quality of my meal was good though I thought it did lack some salt and spices. These are minor matters and I with others will be shortly booking a Christmas meal for mid November. The only major criticism is though I requested halal provision when I reserved our table at no point was the service staff ever aware of this dietary requirement which then switched my attention from meat to fish and non meat products. Communication was poor on this very important issue and halal provision should be provided.

Brought my friends here for lunch and they loved it! Great food and great service. We will return!

We booked a table last minute on our way back up the M6. Great service from all the staff. They were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back.

Been 2 times now to Papa Luigis - lovely food.

Amazing food as always! We've been going to Papa Luigis for 15 years and its always fantastic. I'm addicted to the stuffed mushrooms and the garlic bread with cheese is to die for. The pizzas are great and I sometimes go for the Penne Diavola (although I ask for tagliatelle pasta instead) or the Risotto Montanaro which are both amazing. The staff are very accommodating and the atmosphere is perfect. In summary, you'd struggle to find a better Italian.

Really enjoyable meal for my 50th birthday. Everything was great the only thing wasn't wasn't perfect was the pasta with vodka sauce it was a little bland.

Very slow service, When informing staff of the starter being undercooked and tasteless he literally picked it up and took it away without saying anything. Completely rude. Flat drinks and they proceed to tell us they’ve checked their gas and it’s was ‘fine’. Overpriced for what wasn’t nice or tasty food. No atmosphere at all. Absolutely wouldn’t come back.

My son and I go quite regularly and it never changes it's always excellent. With excellent food and service. You'll never leave hungry.

Had a fantastic meal at Luciano’s at the Millstone, the atmosphere was great really lovely friendly service, food was to die for and in a stunning restaurant. Best meal in a long time.

A friend and I had 2 courses from the lunchtime specials menu. We had the tempura prawns and the mushrooms, followed by Pollo Diana and a selection of vegetables, which was more than ample. I can only say everything was absolutely delicious, as always, and the service was exceptional. I do come to Verdes quite regularly, and have come to expect lovely food and very good service, and that is what I always get. The only improvement could be that you would be nearer to my home and I could visit more often!

7 went for my son's 15th Birthday. Service was fantastic beaten only by the quality of the meals. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everyone left with full tummy's and smiles on their faces. Great place, highly recommended.

Honestly can’t fault this place, we hadn’t been for ages which is crazy given it’s literally round the corner from us. We definitely need to go more and support our local establishments. My wife and I along with our 9 year old throughly enjoyed the food and ambiance. Well done and keep it up.
